mom4321 says "learning curve but I love it -UPDATE AFTER OWNING FOR 2 MONTHS" about Samsung 4.5 cu. ft. Front Load Steam Washer

WEve had this samsung steam washer dryer set about 2 weeks now and I like it allot.

At first I had some buyers remorse wondering if I should have done the electrolux set then went and looked at that set again and was happy with my origional choice.

It took me awhile to get the hang of some of features and Now that I am familiar I love it !! We bought the 5 year warranty as well.

My only issue is I dont like the detergent dispense design. The liquid runs right out of the tray rather than dispensing at the right time so if you do prewash it gets all the soap and I dont think there is any left for the main wash ?? Ive called samsung but cant get a good answer they say it doesnt dump right onto the clothes but into water somewhere then dispensed. Im not sure I but this answer and think they should redesign the detergent tray and send us new ones.

It washes wonderfully and gets this very clean. Ive used silver care numerous times and think its a great feature.

Im using the pedestals for holding...
...
