The cross you get does not look like the one in the picture. In the picture, the heart looks like it is white gold or silver colored. The actual cross and heart is all yellow gold. The pendant is still very nice, but it would be better if the heart was silver or white gold. Also, the pendant does come with a chain, but this fact is not specifically mentioned in the description....
