Since Spring is here, I was outside getting some yardwork done and decided to check the condition of the grill. It's still in great shape, after three years of use (and forgetting to put it in the shed this winter!).

This grill was inexpensive but has proven to be a real winner! I've had much more expensive grills get rusty and become worthless after just a few years. This one is still going strong, and we use it a lot!

The large cooking service is wonderful for doing a whole meal -- meats, packets of potatoes and veggies. The ash bucket is convenient and easy to empty. It has nice large wheels that make it easy to move, too.

I think I paid about $35 on sale -- a REAL BARGAIN for the quality!
...

I got this grill and after an hour of assembly, I finally got it up and running. I did not like the fact that the instructions do not really explain assembly well, like the grill grate hanger things (I just left them off). It also doesnt tell you what tools you will need. Other than that, it worked well.. I was grilling a while later after assembly. I think its worth the money....

I agree about the assembly. The one thing that gave me a hard time was the charcoal tray adjustment. The instructions do not explain this well. The charcoal tray HANGS from the adjustments.
Also I don't remember seeing in the instructions that you will need tools. You will. A screwdriver (Philips head) and a wrench....

I was looking for an economical grill and, well, I think I got what I paid for. No harm, no foul. Overall, I'm happy with it. Putting this thing together was kind of a bear, though. Do know that you'll need someone to assist. It's not difficult, you'll just need an extra set of hands and someone to help you decipher the obviously translated from Chinese to English instructions. Pay special attention to the leg bracings when putting it together as the instructions leave out one step entirely (mine are missing the top braces as I was not about to take it all apart and start over once I realized that I still had these pieces left...no worries, though, as it holds up just fine without them).

That having been said, the grill itself is a little wobbly (this could have something to do with the missing braces, of course). Nothing alarming and I've cooked on it with no issues. Other than that, what's to say? It's a charcoal grill! ha! It gets the job done.

This is not something for a "hardcore......
