Fri, 31 Oct 2008 05:31:41 GMT http://www.mysears.com/Blackberry-Curve-8330-Cell-Phone-review-5a106 cynterslave 4 http://www.mysears.com/Blackberry-Curve-8330-Cell-Phone-review-72980 <p>I had been waiting on the iPhone 3G to come out since it was going to be cheaper and supposedly better than the original...  but after hearing the reviews and taking a hands on look, I realized that it wouldn't serve my needs.  I am a systems engineering consultant and always on the road, so I needed to be able to log in to customer systems on my laptop from anywhere.</p><p>Pro:  3G Tethering (using the phone as a wireless braodband modem) to my laptop.  Sure its not as fast as DSL or Cable, but in a pinch where there is no WiFi... or when it costs $10 per session like at ATL... it works great.</p><p>Con:  Where a free WiFi signal is available, the Curve is not able to connect to it.</p><p>Pro:  THe MP3 player can interface with Itunes and I am able to use any song or sound file as a ringtone.  With the iPhone, I have to pay extra to convert a previously purchased song into a ringtone.</p><p>Con:  The keys on the qwerty are super small so there are usually typing errors. </p><p>Pro:  I can add mini flash...</p>...
