This body pillow is great to use while sleeping as a head rest or just to hug at night. It's hard to sleep on any bed without it. Also, you can't beat the price anywhere. It's perfect in every way.

I used to use 2 pillows, one between my knees and one under my arm when I slept on my side. I traded in those 2 pillows for a body pillow. I really like using the body pillow. When I used the other 2 pillows, I never knew where they would end up. Either on the floor but never where they were suppose to be. The body pillow stays in place therefore helping my aches and pains like it is suppose to. A body pillow was recommended by my chiropractor and after using one for 5 years now, I highly recommend one.
