Nice and compact, I can load into truck without any help. Starts easily and runs fairly quiet. Build quality is excellent. My only gripe is with the size of the wheels, too small, but I'm working on that!...

The unit came with the red plastic cover cracked but Sears gave me 10% off which is fair. Nothing wrong with the mechanics. I took it out, put it together and it was soooo easy to start the unit, the first pull! That was the first thing that impressed me. It is NOT quiet however. It is just as loud as a small lawn mower. I tested the voltage and had 130 volts in both outlets. I hooked up a leaf blower that pulls alot of amps and it carried the load with no problem. The Mitsubishi engine is quality and smooth. I am happy with this product....

I searched the Internet every day for at least 2 months looking at every Generator I could find and this B&S suited my needs to a tee. I needed it to be Quiet Running, because I need it for camping, I needed it to have a great deal of wattage to be able to charge my PMV(personal mobility vehicle) and I needed the price to be reasonable, being on a fixed income and it was all of these and more, plus it started first every time. Sears beat any price I found on this generator, anywhere , hands down. If you need a camping generator or just a backup generator to get a heater going when the electricity goes out in the middle of winter, this is your answer. Remember to keep it outside for safety....

I bought this generator for home use. I use it for emergency power during electrical outtages. It powers my lights, outlets and refrigerator. I can watch TV, use my computer and burn almost all the lights in the house at the same time. The refrigerator must be used alone when starting. After it starts running, then you can turn on everthing else. The generator starts easily, runs smooth and is pretty quite. I use a transfer switch connected to my breaker panel. This setup works perfect. I bought this one because of the small size and it's Mitsubishi engine. The only thing it will not run is the central unit, but none of the units under 15000 watts will do that. I would recommend this generator to anyone....
