It is hard to talk to an actual person when calling Capital One when there is a problem.

When I didn't receive my statement, I did finally got to speak to Real person and they still charged me interest for that month.

I got a Capital One Card and have appreciated the fact that I can apply my cash back rewards to my balance automatically. It has a reasonable interest rate even for someone trying to rebuild their credit! I haven't had one bad experience. Try Capital One, they have a card for everyone!...

well what can i say, credit cards are good 'till u miss one payment and defenitively this (capital one )credit card is very well known for screwing the customer.

No offence but capital one is very far from coming to my wish list.
