IMO, it's the best tie of the batch so that's why I got this set. The aqua shirt color is really strong, which was fine for my purpose - it maybe too strong in conservative settings but for a more "hip" place, it's fine. I wore the combo with a dark navy suit and it looked great. The shirt is not 100% cotton but that's ok. It's not so thin where you can see the shades of your skin underneath. Stitching is tight and the shirt feels solid. I do think the shirt is made too wide for someone of my stature - I am an average build person and not obese so I wish there was a slim fit selection. Also, I feel for a 32/33 and 15-15.5, the shirt is overly long and thus pocket position is a bit lower than it needs to be. They should just remove the pocket altogether. And I do wish they had a split collar shirt so you would be able to see more of the tie. But all in all, it's a great deal if you catch it on sale. I got mine...... However, upon opening the package it became apparent that the clip holding the tie in place had permanently damaged the tie in a way that made it unusable. It's going back tomorrow, and I'd strongly recommend against one of these sets....
