I've owned this screwdriver for a couple of years now. I work with small electronics like laptop PC's, PDA's, cell phones and the like. It has become the sigle most used tool in my extensive collection. The small torx sizes, combined with Phillips down to 00 (and standard too!) all in one tool is a rare and powerfull combination. It's held up well. Bits are high quality. My only gripe is the bit holder is too big in diameter to allow you to access some screws in deep narrow recesses. Nothing is perfect, but this one comes very close! Craftsman warranty too!...

I'm a PC support tech and I use this often. Works great for mobile phones and Blackberry devices as well. I'm buying a second one to keep at home....

This tool has torx bits ranging from T15 down to T5. Small torx bits are hard to find. It also has small phillips bits and flat tip bits. I have used it to work on computers and electronics, high-quality tactical knives, and firearms. It has been so useful that the IT department where I work is ordering several to have on hand in our shop. It has been very durable and none of the tips have broken, stripped, or bent under normal to heavy use, and the plastic handle has proven to be very strong and impact resistant. It shows Craftsman quality. A great tool....

Do a lot of gun repair the extension capability of this driver is incredible - have had this for over 5 years now and it's still one of the best screwdrivers I own - Wish Craftsman would make a larger version of it....

This tool is just what's needed when working on small electronics or computers/laptops. It's got the torx bits that will also fit the hex screws commonly found in laptops, and has small enough phillips bits for whatever else you'll encounter. The extendable shaft works well and the magnetic cap is great. All in all, a great tool....

This 12 in one screwdriver has to be one of most used tools, It has been very reliable, and the tips have fit in most screws, and other applications. Nice storage compartment, and the demag/mag has been useful, This screwdriver I recommend if you are into building computers or working on small electronics, like I do....
