We have had our hose now for over 17 years and it's still like brand new. I usually drain it and put it in the shed during the winter. It's heavy duty, you can't beat the quality! McCook, Nebraska.

Craftsman 5/8 in. x 100 ft. All Rubber Hose is great for cold weather use and it remain flexible. I wish I would have bought sooner then I would have not spent the $ on the other hoses because of the lifetime warrenty....

I have used this particular hose for over five years. I have never had a problem with it curling or leaking. It has superb strength. In short the hose does what you want a hose to do with no problems. It is rather costly but worth the extra money. The warranty assures you that you will never need to replace this hose because of damage or breakage....

The all rubber hose is very durable. I have used it for over a year. It will kink on occasion. But overall, it is a dependable hose for your around the house.

I currently own over 500 feet of the lifetime water hoses. I currently have over 500 feet hooked together to water the trees on the back of my property, which consists of six acres. The hose is heavier than cheaper hoses, but I have absolutely no problems with kinking. I have used the warranty once for a hose that had a small tear in it, possibly from being dragged over something.

I usually separate the hoses to water four trees at one time due to the major drought we are having in Texas. I need about three more hundred footers, but I will pick them up one at a time. The hoses stay outside in the weather and they seem to hold up very well. I read about the black residue, but my hoses don't seem to get your hands dirty. This may be due to the fact that they are constantly dragged through the grass and dirt. It is possible to drag five hundred feet of hose filled with water if you know how to do it.

My parents gave me the 50ft version of this hose when I married my wife and it has never failed. That was 23 years ago. I have had many other other hoses in that time but the Craftsman hose has never failed. I have left it out in the cold, baking in the sun for days and driven over it countless times and it looks the same as the 100ft version that I just bought, only shorter. I finally got tired of going cheap on hoses and decided that it was time to go with a proven winner. The hose has worked exactly as expected. Who knows, the new hose may outlast me.

This 100ft hose is really well made. The solid machined brass ends stand up well to wear and tear. Ouside storage does not seem to affect the rubber. You may buy a similar hose for $15 to 20 less but the lifetime warranty justifies the extra money.

This hose is the best money I have ever spent! We have had ours 5 years and left them outside over a few of those winters and they are in perfect condition still. they don't kink in weird ways. They are very flexible and don't get stuck in certian positions like other hoses do. I highly recommend this hose!

I have a Sears hose that is almost 30 years old and does not kink. I hoped this new hose I recently would serve me as well. Not to be. Though it appeared to be the same or like quality, this one does nothing BUT kink up. Very frustrating! I thought at first that it was due to the difficulty of unraveling this 100 foot long hose as I unpacked it. That was another major pain in the butt, but it continues to kink! Be forewarned!...

I bought one of these twenty years ago because it was lifetime warranty. I came home a couple of years to find my wife cutting it up to use as an insolator for some electric fence. I was very upset. I figured I would save money by buying those bargain hoses.

To make a long story short , those "bargain" hoses have been replaced several times since. I went back to Sears and bought this hose and love it . You can use it with hot water. It DON"T leak every where like the cheap hoses. Buy one of these and end your buying a new hoses every spring.

Every year I have had to purchase another garden hose for one reason or another. Usually they either get permanent kinks in them or start leaking at one connection or the other. When I purchased the Sears craftsman hose I noticed right away that you have to work hard to get them to twist and kink. They are sturdy and very well made. When I stretch them out to water my garden I'm not constantly having to go get the kink out so the water will come out. I would recommend purchasing the Sears craftsman hose for worry-free watering. It saves time having to untwist the hose and the nozzles I connect to the end don't leak or spray out all over me. I thoroughly enjoy watering my garden now....

this is the best hose available on the market, we own 2 with zero problems. they are on protective box reels to help ward off UV. lifetime warranty. cost less than the other JUNK in all other home centers and big box stores.

I have 2 others and the don't fail in desert heat. The hose also have a liftime warranty and I've had 1 close to 30 years that I had in N.J. and moved to the Las Vegas area 17 years ago so it has with stood heat and cold with no problems....

I have had nothing but great luck with the Craftsman 100ft. All Rubber Hose.

The length is just one of the many good features. One hundred feet will reach most things and still not be too much to handle (less than 23 pounds).

The crush-proof brass connections have worked just like I'd expect from any Craftsman product; flawlessly. The threads have the correct tolerances as to provide smooth operation and secure fit. The rubber washers are superior to others I've used and never leak.

The All Rubber Hose is super flexible and easy to work with. Unlike other heavy duty garden hoses this one will stay where you put it. I've had problems with other hoses turning over or sliding light weight sprinklers when water is turned on but no such problems with this one. The resilience of the rubber is great. I've pinched off the hose and run over it several times and it pops right back to its original shape.

I've owned this hose for two years and have never put it away. Its been out in the weather...

I've bought a number of Craftsman hoses of various lengths and sizes. They're all excellent and long-lasting. While other cheap hoses that I bought at other stores have long since bitten the dust (one got a huge "growth" on the hose that eventually popped and spewed water everywhere), every Craftsman hose I've ever bought has lasted years and years without problems. It's true that they sometimes kink, especially when brand new, but I haven't met a hose that doesn't (even those that claim to be kink-free).
