This hose is great. It's flexible, just about kink-proof and will handle both hot and cold water. We wash our cars in the winter in New England to get the muck off as we don't use car washes with their dirty brushes and cloths that trap dirt and scratch cars. This hose handles the hot water with no problem. It rolls easily back up even in the coldest weather. This is by far the sturdiest hose I have ever owned and should I need to buy more hose, this is the one I will purchase.

This rubber hose stands up to regular, heavy use, either in a hose reel or out in the open hot Hawaiian sun without problems. Over the years, we have replaced our other hoses with this product, which has been worth the extra cost (using the Craftman Club discount has been great!) and we recommend it highly. The stainless steel couplings, have stood up very well, and we have not had to replace any male or female fittings, like we have had to do with others....

Caught this on sale a couple of years ago. I use it in my backyard once in awhile and it gets the job done. Nothing fancy, but it is more than sufficient for what I need. I think that it is a good product if you get it at the right price.

When I bought this rubber hose more than 10 years ago, my husband questioned my spending this much money for a hose. I always saw that rubber hoses do not tangle like the other types of hoses such as vinyl ones.

He soon changed his mind when he used the hose and when he saw the lifetime warranty on it. We've never had to buy another hose, just simply take the hose back to Sears and they replace it.

Since that time, my husband always buys Craftsman hoses, tools and garden equipment and will do so, from now on with no complaints about the cost. The hose is well worth its price tag.

Nice and good hose, just received it from purchasing it online. Has a good feel to it, and you can't beat the lifetime guarantee that is associated with it. Craftsman has produced a good product and stands behind it.

These are absolutly excellent water hose's. You will never have to buy another with the lifetime replacement warranty. I have had to replace 2 of them since purchase about 5 yrs ago. One was my fault running over with the riding mower, but no questions was ask they replaced it. The 2nd just sprang a leak recently and it was replaced no problem, but it was used regular for last 5 yrs.

I finally decided after having to buy a new hose (other brands) almost each yr to invest a little more, (catching these on sale) and buying a Craftsman and not have to buy another one ever again. Only buy another if needed an additional one to add to what already have for legnth. I have 2- 50' and 1- 25' and planning on buying a 100' and another 50' as catch them onsale. That should be all I will ever need.

Thanks Sears from NorthEast Tennessee for another great product with an excellent warranty.

i bought this hose on sale for father day and got a great deal on it. This hose works great, it never twists or kinks and is really easy to wind back up. I live in the desert with 110F summers and this hose sits out all day and night, it shows no sign of cracking which is what happened to my last hose pretty quickly(it wasnt craftsman). STILL MADE IN THE USA.

I bought 4 of these hoses when on sale for 19.99. They are nice hoses for the price they stay very flexible and so far have been very durable. The only thing I dislike about them is they are prone to kink but overall I would certainly buy another if I need one....

Love this hose. We bought one last year and just picked up another. Time to get rid of the old cheap hoses that kink. I also appreciate the way I can easily loop it on the ground when not in use. It is a heavy hose.

After using a lot of cheap hose over the years which don't last - I'll never go back to them. Craftsman's rubber hose is worth the higher price - but watch for sales - I got a good price.

The 5/8 x 50 ft. Craftsman Garden Hose is a great buy. It is easy to handle and rolls up, and unrolls, very well in my enclosed hose reel. I guess the best thing is the Lifetime warranty and my deepest regret for not having bought two of these instead of only one....

My oldest hose is 15 years old (I have four others). This is one of those things you buy and you will never have to buy it again (unless you want more). Old fashion USA quality. If you want a hose that is light and winds well, get a cheap chinese made hose from *******. If you want a hose that will not break and that will last forever get this one.

I have owned this particular hose now for over 15 years and have bought many more as the need arises and with 21 acres it does arise. I did have to return one 100" one for a crimped end (my fault) and they replaced it with two 50 foot ones as no 100 available at that time. no questions asked as is typical of a craftsman warranty. These hoses work in cold or hot weather and are a no brainer when it comes to durability. Forget all the other hoses...none of them back up an easy return warranty like Sears. If you get them on sale they are about the same price as a conventional junk hose.

I've had initally bought this hose 17 years ago! It is still working fine. Just bought another on sale due to expanding lawn and gardening needs. Yes it is heavy (thats why it last), but still manueverable! Can't go wrong in my book. Go to a insustrial hose shop and spec a comparable and compare price. Not sure why other folks have the kink complaint????...
