This Craftsman mag a great ideal by Craftsman. It can be folded or just stuck onto a steel or iron surface. Great for storing tools on and the magnet is so strong it holds them snug. I noticed after moving it arount it does not scratch the surface it is on which is good cause I have it on my tool center. I do not have any cons on this item

This mat is awesome. Perfect for working on the car outside without worrying about kicking everything into the grass....

I have had this tool for a year now and it really is a great tool when you are disassembling things because it helps you keep track of a lot of small bolts. I got one of these, and caused at least three other people in my shop to get one as well because they are so useful. I cannot say a bad thing about this tool, and I haven't seen another company yet who makes these. I would recommend this tool to anyone who does a lot of disassembling because it will really help you keep track of all of your bolts....

This mat works good for controlling small parts like washers, screws, etc. so long as they are a ferrous metal. I can lay it on the ground or slap it on the side of a metal object. The magnets are strong, but small, so you end up with parts all trying to stick to small areas of the mat. The PVC cover is stiff except in warm weather and mine is beginning to crack from being folded/unfolded to throw in the bottom of my tote. Still, it is more convenient than the magnetized metal trays....
