Purchased this perculator April 2009. This morning, it brewed the coffee and then shut itself off. It will not brew anything now. The power light on the perculator does not go on but how pretty all the shiney chrome looks. FIVE MONTHS of one pot of coffee each morning (six cups/three mugs). How is this a good product?? NOT.

I purchased this one for Christmas 2008. This is the best coffee maker ever, and I have had all kinds from the press to the drip filters. - Strainless steel construction very well made. - No filters, but no grinds in the coffee - Easy to prepare and wash - Can be removed from the hot plate bottom and placed on the table without the cord. - Retro purcolator sound when making coffee One draw back: cord is too short for my kitchen, but it may be ideal for someone else. I am difficult to please, but this was a winner across the board....

My husband and I love a good cup of coffee, I've tried Bodum, Melita, we even bought a second hand coffee perc. from a yard sale. We decided that perked is the way to go. Sadly, my old perc. died and I found the Cuisinart Coffee Percolator. We have been using it for three months and totally love it. It is quick, uncomplicated and makes a super cup of coffee. Thanks Cuisinart!...

I purchased this coffee pot after buying a few others&returning because they didnt work. This percolator is great & makes wonderful coffee I highly recommend it if your looking for a good percolator& a great cup of coffee....
