Have had a Discover card since "92. Have never had any customer service issues. I applaud their security efforts too as they will proactively call me if there is suspicious looking activity on the card. Love the cash back program. I usually take mine in the form of a credit on my account, but sometimes will take a partner gift card (which is actually an even better deal.). Of course like most people who (currently) carry a balance, I wish the interest rate were a bit lower, but it is actually reasonable when compared to my other cards. I also appreciate the fact that on a couple of occasions over the years, Discover granted me credit limit increases (once at my request, and once on their own). This helped me out greatly.

My experience with Discover Credit Card has been very positive. There customer service representatives are always helpful and knowledgeable and they are now offering incentives that match other credit card. That is a plus from my experience. We also have experienced a security issue that Discover was very quick to catch and contact us about and then resolve the situation very quickly.

The Discover is one of the best cards we have found to date. The fees are low and the offer so many services with their card. We get a monthly bill online and I can pay it online as well. We have had ours for almost a year and I wouldn't trade it for a capitol one or any of the other ones out there. We also have no yearly fees. This card has come in handy many, many times. IF you are looking for a great card, Discover is it....

i have been with Discover card for nine years and sometimes they have a low interest plan that lasts only for so many months. When you are trying to save money for other bills, you would like to to have a low interest to make your payments and not something where it takes all of your money. some women are single and they cannot make these high interst payments if they are steadty going up on them. think of this the next time you think about charging high interest on these bills....

I got rid of my discover card a few years ago because someone used my card on-line. It took almost 3 months to resolve the issue. Once the company figured out who the culprit was, then they gave me a credit for the charges and interest accrued. I would never recommend a discover card to anyone!...

I have tried many credit cards but I always come back to Discover. The cash back option and the rate at which I can accrue points is great. I especially enjoy the additional money I get when getting rewards with their cashback partners like Chili's, Lowes, Ace, Kohl's, etc. I use Discover whenever I can. They are excellent on security and call me whenever there is any suspicious activity.The only downfall is that it is not accepted everywhere....

i have had discover for a while now but not exactlly me my wifes' account and i was a rider on her account.... ha ha! i paid all the bills and she get the credit lines' beat the chit out of me besides ..you all give woman more credit balance then man and than you give us the bills... credit cards are only as good as the person's using them... the terms and agreements need a lot to be desires. especially if you have a situations' in your life and things don't go as planned....my wife died but i had to clear up the account before she could be removed and than i had to start over with another account... but i ain't complaining because i do like the cash back rewards' programs'...especially dinners' and shopping gifts' cards.... also when i purchase or do something that red flag my account...security give me a call and i have no problem's with that aspects' of your operations it protect you and me...i had another card which someone oversea gotta my numbers and used it to charge off a......
