The watch looks wonderful and it is a beauty. The mother of pearl dial brings out the beauty even more. The band is large, so I had to take it in to a jeweler to resize it. Then I found out about 4 months later that it had stopped working. I took it to the same jewelery to replace the battery thinking that was the issue. It was not the issue, and they could not make it work. It is covered with a 10 year warranty, however, now I have to locate the original receipt which I am having difficulty doing so. Once I locate the receipt I need to call the company (luckily) my friend kept the box and everything in it. My first thought was to take it back to KMart, however, since it has been resized, they cannot accept it. Now I need to locate the receipt contact the company and then mail it by insured mail (all at my expense) to them. They in turn will decide if it is a warranty issue or not. All in all, it is a beautiful watch, however, it has sat in the original box for...</p>...
