We spent months looking for a quality kitchen table set and the prices of course are very high on such furniture... I came across this set - on a great sale ( table, bench, and 4 chairs we purchased) about 7 months ago and we have been very happy with it!! It is all real wood, which was a must, and the color is beautiful. I had looked at similar styles, in furniture stores... tons more expensive and I don't think that they are any 'better' than this one! The table and bench are both sturdy and solid; constructed with quality. However, I have to mention that the 4 chairs, although they look great, are not sturdy. This is the only drawback, but considering the price, I am still satisfied with them. We are a family of 3, with a 4 yr old, and we are not 'hard' on our furniture, but these chairs seemed to loosen up quite quickly and I am a little shocked that in comparison to the bench and table that more care in the assembly was not used. bought it in iowa at kmart. comes in big flat box. 2 people lifted into my home. set up in about 10 minn or less. comes with everything you need so keep your tools put away. screws in fast. very pretty wood.

I bought this table right in time for a party, I made sure to get a nice woden placemant big enough to cover the center of the table and some nice wooden placemants.... the table is gorgeous it looks amazing with the "parson chairs", I bought it at the local store next to my home... It is beautiful!!!!!!!! perfect size not too gib not too small... at one point of the party, I saw a 2 year old playing with his THomas train in the naked top of the table, i was sure that I would find scratched but NOTHING!!!!!!!! I'm very happy with this table and the parson chairs. My apartment looks nicer, stylish... I recommend this table to everyone who cannot spend too much money but cares about nice furniture....

I have been looking at this table for the past two years (according to my daughter) in the store and online. I finally took the jump and purchased the table, four charis, the bench and two bar stools. All have exceeded my expectations. They are sturdy and beautiful to look at. Very pleased!!!! Even the bench, which I hesitated in getting due to reviews from two other customers. It is very sturdy and it would take a lot to knock it over. I do not have young kids so it was a great buy for me. Both my kids ate dinner with me the other and brought friends with them. Thank you K-Mart for one of the best purchases of my entire life.

I have been searching for an all wood kitchen table for 10 years. Then we went to Kmart about a month ago to buy shoes and came home with my dream table.My husband put it together. When we put it in place, we found it was a little bigger than the other table.so then came rearranging.Computer put in place,then sewing machine.This is my sewing room after all as we live in a small house.I love it. It has exceeded all my expectations! So if you need a REAL wood kitchen table, go to Kmart and have a look.You will love it too!

I looked high and low for a dining set the wouldn't hurt to have around my children, a 2 yrs. old, a 6 yrs. old and a new 10 yrs old. They can be carefree and I didn't want to spend too much on a extravagent set with the fear of my children causing damages to it. I saw this particular set in a K-Mart store and I thought good investment for now and it should last us for at least five years. It wasn't on stock so I left the store without it. I got home checked on line and found it in a different color for cheaper that what they had it for in the store. I was able to pick up the table in the store the very next day. It's a beautiful look and a nice size table to fit the family. It worked out in my home and I am happy with my decision.

Our parents bought us this table about 6 months ago and it has held up well to the kids and 1 dog. The only real complaint we have is the lower legs have what appears to be one coat of black paint. We have started to see some paint chipping of the legs. It's not real bad but could be in another year or so.

Very nice table, comfortable height, sturdy construction. If you don,t want to hit the legs with the chairs when you are vaccumming, or moving the chairs around, then a four legged table is not for you. Sometimes I get a little bothered by it but it is not a big deal. I wish sometimes to have bought a pedestal design one.

My husband and I thought we were getting a fantastic bargain when we purchased this set for around $350. However, after 2 1/2 week's use, we are seeing tiny dents and scratches everywhere! Granted we have three children and normal wear-and-tear is to be expected, but this is absurd!! Please don't waste your hard-earned money on this furniture! We're probably going to have to replace this sad excuse for a dining set in no time.

Although this table may look nice on Kmart's website, the quality is extremely poor! We purchased the bench last year to accomodate our growing toddlers and loved it. However, the first table purchased and delivered had a HUGE crack in it. The store was called and held an additional one, which once taken out of the box, also had a smaller crack. Needless to say, by the time the third table was located in the back room, and the box had damaged written on it...we were done with Kmart!!!

A beautiful farmhouse table was purchased at *******, which actually matched the farmhouse bench from Kmart beautifully. The quality of wood is much nicer, and the seams aren't visible like they were on all of the Kmart tables!! The Better Homes and Garden table at ******* is what I recommend to everyone who has commented on the beautiful table!

I just purchased this table and bench. We already had farmhouse style chairs and I was looking for a good quality table to go with them. I never in a million years thought I would find it at Kmart, but there it was, and on sale as well. My 3 and 5 year old boys and I put the table and bench together in a flash, and it is very, very sturdy. It looks great, and we just had our first family dinner. It was adorable to see the boys sharing the bench. Great quality, great looking, great price. Thanks, Kmart!

I LOVE THIS TABLE. I love the 2 tone look. its a beautiful table, the price of it is excellent. Very sturdy,well made,its larger then it looks, but I got the measurments of here and measured it out to make sure it fit, plus went to the store to see it in person, once I seen it in the store,it confirmed even more that I had to have it, plus 2 chairs and 2 benches..Beautiful collection.. I've been waiting for this table set to go on sale for months. When I seen it in this weeks sale ad I was so excited. My mother and I borrowed a neighbors truck and headed to kmart to buy 2 table sets. I also had printed off 2 kmart coupons for $10.00 off a $100.00 dollar purchase 1 for me and 1 for my mother. We ended up only paying $201.35 per set of 1 table and 4 chairs, what a bargin. We bought both tables and all 8 chairs that the local kmart store had. It only took me about 10 minutes to assemble the legs onto the table. The chairs were already put together. This set is beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better table set at this price. The table and chairs are very sturdy and made of great quility wood. I would recommend this set to everyone. Thanks K-Mart!!!...
