We have had it since our daughter was about 8 weeks old. It has truly been a lifesaver. It is one of the only things that she really likes to be in. She loves to be held ALL the time, so it's very difficult to find anything she really likes to sit or play in. This bouncer holds her attention for a LONG time (about 20 minutes!) and gives me a chance to get a few things done around the house. I would definately recommend this to a friend!... But I called te company about it and they send me a new one and I havnt had a problem since. I would recommend this to a friend for sure.... It was a tiny bit confusing to assemble, but once we did it looked great. The colors are bright and welcoming! The music and waterfall last a long time, they don't shut off in 5 minutes it's great! It is really easy to put our son in and take him out. The mobile comes off all the way so that we can use it as just a seat. It is nice and sturdy so I don't feel like our son will fall out. Our son was very entertained by the music, the colors, the bright light of the waterfall and the moving animals. He does get bored after about 20 minutes in it though and the bouncing sometimes startles him. I do think that this is a great tool and would recommend this bouncer to anyone out there.... Young babies just as soon as they start working on those little neck muscles love it in there. Both my daughters love the bounciness of it and the music and mobile. It was a very protective cushion for them and they both were in it until they were able to start climbing out. Don't put your child in there until they have minimal neck muscle control otherwise they start to slump. Their neck doesn't have to be super strong but just when they start lifting it for a second or so is a good time to begin using it....
