But when I got it out the second year a large section was not working. I called GE and they told me to check the lights but even if they would not light they would only send me replacement lights and we would have to figure out how to unclip and reclip on the new lights. I expected with a 3 year warranty to get a replacement tree. This is more bother than putting lights on a tree that does not come with lights. This is the last prelit tree I will buy. I expected it to last more than one season for the price I paid.... Pulled it out this year and a section of the lights did not work. We checked all the lights for damage or looseness per instructions. We found a white ringed light that was different than all the others. Thought that might be the problem so we pulled it out. Went to sears to try and find a replacement and they told us to call G&E for the warranty. Come to find out, once that white ringed light is removed, you void your 3 year warranty. They really should make that a lot larger on the instructions and instead of telling you to check of loose or damaged lights they should just have you call so you dont void your warranty. Now our year old tree that we paid enough money for to be upset over is ruined and we have to pay for replacement lights and do it ourselves. DON'T TOUCH THE WHITE RINGED LIGHT!!! In fact if you have light problems just call G&E.... BUT, this tree without question is the best overall artificial tree I have ever seen. My wife and I are so happy with the "perfect" shaping and appearance of the tree and, also, the ease and short time it took to put the tree together. We have always been partial to a Frasier Fir and this tree is incredibly real looking. The needles are real to the touch and even hold the heaviest ornaments. Sorry for being "windy" but I guess you can tell how happy I am with this tree. I'm sure you will feel the same way. Happy Holidays.... You could see through it from top to bottom. It was not dense and full. The lights were horrible. It could have used another 200 lights. There were way to many bare spots without lights. For the price I expected better quality. I was not impressed at all....
