In 2008 I searched high and low, literally hitting every department store, website, seasonal store, EVERYWHERE, and this set was the only one that matched what I was looking for in terms of design, size, quality, and style. Two summers later it is still gorgeous, and every visitor I have had since purchasing this set has been in awe of it's quality and timeless design. The rockers couldn't be more comfortable, and the stationary chairs are sturdy and a perfect size.

I anticipated the cushions wearing over time and assumed I would need to replace them within a couple of years, but they still look exactly like they did the day I bought them.

I couldn't be happier with this set. I would highly recommend it. Zero complaints.

I purchased the last set for the season in DFW for 394 ($5 off with a coupon). The lawn and garden manager didn't want to take it out of the box to assemble as a clearance floor model (it was the last one in the store). He knocked $150 off the already clearance price of $549 as an incentive for me to buy it. To top it off he offered up the two matching pillows for $7.49 each! Everyone hates me now for getting such a good deal and my kids run every time I come around because they don't want to hear me brag about the great deal I got on it! I haven't had time to assemble it, but I have broken down the massive amount of boxes that came with it. I'll tackle the assembly tomorrow. I'll be quick to complain too if there is anything not right with the package I have!...

This set is beautiful!!! I took a chance and bought this never seeing it in person. The set was even nicer than I expected. The table is very heavy/strudy, and the chairs are very comfortable, not to mention beautiful. I do have to say that the chair cushions have a slight beige/greenish color, from the picture I was expecting beige/tan. i have other outdoor furniture that is more tan/brown but it still looks great!!!...

We just received this set two weeks ago, and it's beautiful and solidly built. The boxes are enormous, though, and extremely heavy, so have lots of help with unpacking and assembling. I was surprised when I saw it, as the specs on-line list the cushions as "taupe", and they're not. The cushions are sea green and the frames are a greenish-gunmetal. Luckily, the color worked very well. One of the tiles was broken, but I had no problem ordering a replacement on-line, although it's backordered. On-line and telephone customer service at Sears is awful, but the in-store personnel are great. I'd agree with other reviewers to wait for the best price. I paid $550 less than list, and that was about $2,000 less than other patio sets I'd priced out at patio shops. All in all, a great product!...

I LOVE IT!!! I wanted this so bad we drove 3 hrs. to get it and it's way better than I imagined! All of our friends and family think it's beautiful as well. Don't wait for the price to go down since Sears has a 30 day price guarante...just did it and it only took seconds. Enjoy!...

I would recommend waiting for a sale to purchase this patio set. Once the price is right make sure they have a set in stock. The boxes are Large and you will need help. Pay the 60 bucks for delivery if you can ,it is well worth the money. As for the patio set, a rachet allen wrench helps put the table legs on fast.The two swivel chairs you will need a 9/16 and 1/2 wrench to put 4 bolts on the two chairs. Keep in mind they do give you some cheap tools to assemble the patio set..But will take lomger to assemble. Once you unpackage and assemble firgure about 1-1/2 time then you can relax on this real nice and durable set.. The neiphews love to play with the swivel chairs and have not broken them yet.. The table top have ceramic tiles that drop into the table and they give you a spare tile incase you break one. NIce color set and seems durable.. The cushions I would not leave them outside all the time,they do not appear to be the kind you leave on the chairs all the time.. Over all we love......

I never write reviews but I just had to write a review on this set. My husband and I looked all spring and summer for the perfect set looking at everything from the very expensive to the "cheap seats". We couldn't find anything and I was not willing to settle until I found the perfect set. Well this is it! It is very well made, it is absolutely beautiful, it took about 1.5 hours to get it out of the boxes and put together. They also give you an extra table tile in case you break one. (Which would be very hard to do.) What I like is if I get tired of the color of the table (which I don't see happening) you can take one of your tiles to a home center, pick something different and get a whole new table top. As far as the comfort, hubby is 6'4 and I am 5'2 and we are both very comfortable in the chairs. If you get the chance go for it! I promise the only thing you will be sorry about is that you waited so long to buy it!!...

Yes, the boxes are hard to open and there is a lot of packing material. But, the furniture is top quality and it took less than two hours from the time I unloaded the box from the bed of my pick-up until I was sitting at a completely assembled table with chairs. The cushions are thick and very comfortable. The only (minor) complaint I have is that the seats seem a bit high off the ground. I am only 5'8" and my feet just barely rest flat on the ground when I sit in the chairs. Shorter people may find this annoying, I don't know. But other than than that, this set meets or exceeds all my expectations for looks and quality. At the sale price of $769, it is a fantastic bargain. My recommendation: Buy it....

We saw this set at our local Sears. Since it is the end of the season, the only way we could get this was to buy it through Sears.com. It was the floor model. The umbrella is hard to find. We purchased the bar umbrella with the extension pole and it works great! It's exactly the same as the table umbrella except that it includes an extension piece. We don't use it. We needed to call the manufacturer's cust. service for some replacement parts. They came very quickly. Ordering this set from Sears.com was a hassle. But overall, this set is just what we were looking for....

Bought the set for a July 4th cookout. Was looking on and off for most of the spring/summer, but was not in a hurry until we had to host a cookout. I came across this set and it was sturdy, stylish and a very nice set. It didn't take long to set it up, my 17 year old daughter put the rocking chairs together without a problem. I am VERY happy with the set....

The table and charis are sturdy, stylish, comfortable and well packaged. It also includes a replacement tile and a touch up kit for scratches. We have received many complements. On the down side, my wife and I experienced bad customer service, could not find the matching base, had to buy the demo umbrella and experienced other inconveniences. This was the best table I could find after researching at three other national competitors but my experience was tainted by my bad customer experience....

We ordered on line , it took less than 5 minutes from the time we arrived at our local Sears store before the 2 huge boxes were loaded and I was on my way. We use the set everyday and are extremely pleased with the quality, look & comfort of this set. It really was very simple to assemble, the unpacking took the longest time....

I am so pleased with this set. We bought the 7-piece dining set and the bistro set. I am actually online looking to buy another bistro set because I love it so much. The chairs are super comfortable and plenty big. The table is oversized so it doesn't feel crowded at all. The pads have held up in the rain beautifully so far! I loved this set the moment I saw it...with the Trex decking (grey) and this set color...it looks just great! The company who designed and made this set should be complimented..its really put together beautifully...Sears on the other hand needs to figure out their stock issues and maybe use the insane problems i had to deal with for 2 weeks (trying to get this set to my home ) as a training lesson..my order was completely cancelled by someone at sears and to top it off everything that i was told was in stock online ..was in fact not even avaliable..like the umbrella and stand...just a disaster! That is until i spoke with Christopher..he was the only one who took the time to put my order back together..He worked really hard to find the problem and then fixed it! Thanks to him I now have a really great patio set for my kids and me to enjoy! Thank you Christopher!!!...

This set is very comfortable and easy to assemble. I loved the quality of construction and the care they have taken to make it so easy to assemble. Sometimes, in the past, when we bought furniture, we had to wait for few missing parts. This set came very well packaged and with complete set of parts and instructions. Assembly was so easy, I did not even look at the instruction manual. You need two people to assemble the rocking chairs. I love the umbrella which fits perfectly in base. I like the idea of changing the looks of the table by changing the standard size tiles. The table and chairs are constructed with very good design. I like to commend each of the designers, engineers, and manufacturer for considering all small details so that it is easy to assemble. You do not need any additional tools to assemble this set, the set comes with all required tools. Only tool you may need is a box cutter to open the packaging. I have only one complaint, which is the quantity of packaging. There......
