I would not trade my Garmin200W car GPS for the world. It is so easy to travel with it as I now am not a lost person on the highways.It takes you from your driveway to the driveway of the person or place of your destination in record time as it gives you ETA and is always correct. It gives a woman such as myself a strong feeling of sucurity as I am driving to places I have never been before .Easy to read ,nice clear bright screen,and very easy to drop all sections into my purse while going in to eat while on the road.The price was reasonable and the first time I used it on a 7 hour trip,it paid for itself,and I named it, I call it Angel because "she"directed me straight to the driveway of my sister's home in Alabama from Ohio with no backtracking at all ,as I used to do. The Garmin is the one I tell all my female friends about who travel,I am a believer in it....

I love my Garmin 200. I purchased one when I moved to a new town. I also got one for my dad for Christmas. Its so easy to use and very basic. I love the cost and it does everything I need. I love the search for function. I use this a lot when I get to a part of town im not sure of and I want to find the closest store. The only bad part is I didnt pay for the updated maps so I have to watch to make sure if it is a new part of town I dont want to take a turn that is no longer there....

I just cannot think of driving without my Garmin Nuvi.

It is such an easy way to get directions.Price is also low and correct direction.

Garmin GPS is great and so easy to use! It is very accurate and the screen is crystal clear and the Voice Promps are very helpful while driving....

I purchased a Garmin Nuvi 200W 8 months ago and I've loved it ever since. It's extremely easy to use and provides local points of interests in addition to driving directions. I especially like using the arrival time feature to determine if I have time to make multiple stops before reaching my final destination. I use it everyday! I've loaned it to family members taking trips and they were addicted immediately. Everyone on my list is getting a Garmin Nuvi for Christmas this year!!...

The Garmin - Nuvi 200W Car GPS is probally one of the best things ever invented. I travel daily from evansville, Indiana to Indianapolis, Indiana. I always travel to different locations and this thing has helped me in many jams. I have never gotten lost since I bought it. I even found a little house out in the middle of BFE if you know what that means. It is great and think everyone should have there own....

I am the navigator and used to always be uptight and worried we would make the wrong turn and drive for miles and sometimes hours without realizing it. Now that we have the Garmin 200 GPS, I can throw all the maps out the window, relax and have a great time traveling; whether on a long trip or just across town. I love the way she tells you what turns to make and when. If you make a wrong turn, you know about it right away and she tells you how to correct it. Need to know where the next rest area is, or looking for a certain restaurant; just ask the Garmin 200 GPS and it will take you right to it, turn -by -turn. I have tried other brands and they don't tell you in time or they are very confusing, especially on highways with many exits. The Tom-Tom is very annoying, constantly beeping and alerting you for now reason. Garmin is the way to go where ever you want....

We purchased our Garmin-Nuvi 200W a few months ago, and since then it has taken us to exactly where we have wanted to go. My husband travels a lot, and he uses it to find the addresses of the places he needs. Before he had it, he counted on an atlas and a gazetteer, but now that he has the Garmin, he finds the places he needs much easier.

I've had my Garmin almost a year now and have had very few problems with it. I do agree that it needs and update. All in all it has performed very well for us, even when we purposly tried to trick it. Recently we had to go out to a very rural area. I routed it on Yahoo maps and took the Garmin with me. Yahoo maps got us totally lost. We then followed the directions from the Garmin and it took us exactly where we needed to be. The biggest problem we had was in a large city with lots of tall buildings, we could not acquire a satellite signal!! ...

Garmin Nuvi 200 - after I bought mine I talked my sister into getting one for her husband. I intend to buy two for Christmas gifts this year. The only down side is that it has no way of knowing when the streets are one-way (Can you say Austin, Texas?). However, as soon as I turn it reconfigures and we are off and going again! Saves time and gas because I don't wander around lost....

If you are looking for an easy to use GPS system, then check out Garmin. They are reasonably priced, especially when on sale. The main feature we like is the ease of use.
We hardly had to check the manual and began using it right out of the box while we were on the road. My sister bought a Magellean and took it back, because it was too hard to use. My husband just bought a dozen (Garmins) to put in the trucks his service techs use and they love 'em.
