I've been with Geico for a very long time now and they are very easy and helpfull, although having a ticket affects your premium, if you've been good for 5 years, there a great insurance company to be with................

I switched over to Geico when I moved from Texas to Louisiana. I had tried ever insurance company that I could think of in Louisiana and Geico gave me the lowest rate that I could fing. My down payment was for my first month. Like with other insurnace companies, I had to have 2 months up front and had to to put it on direct pay where it would come out of my account each month so I wouldn't be charged a fee. Geico is on the best companies so far that I have had in the past. Plus,they have great customer service.

I admit I have been entertained by those clever Geico tv ads, the ones with the cavemen getting upset because they feel slighted or the little gecko getting chased around by people and also the money with "eyes". So when I decided to call to find out if I could get a better car insurance rate, I was very dissappointed. Granted, not everyone will be dissappointed, but I tried to get the best rate I could. The downpayment was much more than I had made with my present insurance company. The monthly rate was also more. So I told them I had no intention of switching. I told them I got the impression from their ads that I would save money by switching. The Rep said that I would save money in the long run but did not explain how. I assumed the bill would eventually go down once Geico understood I was a low risk. Still, I have a great driving record and I like to be rewarded for that every once in a while!

When i was buying a new car, I shopped online for different Insurance quotes.
State Farm and Geico gave me the most competitive quotes with State Farm being slightly lower than Geico.
However when I called the two companies, State Farm customer service was slow and they gave me a quote which was different from their online quote. Compared to them Geico customer service was polite, they did not transfer me multiple times and their quote was the same as their online quote. Their swiftness in completing the transaction and faxing me the documents helped me to get a car quickly and efficiently.

They have always had the best prices for the best coverages. I like there website too it is easy to use....

I am reviewing the Geico Insurance company, I use them for homeowners and for car insurance. I have used them for about a year and a half now and I am very pleased with their services.

I love Geico, I think they are a great company, I love everything from their prices, to tv ads, to their newsletter. They do great things for the community and provide a great service to governemnt employees. the on-line services are excellent and they are open 24 to speak with a live person. I refer them to everyone I know!

I even like the fact that Geico can link with my AMEX card and my payments can be automically debited, saving money and the enviornment, no stamps no checks to write, really comes in handy.

And the commericials are really cute, the children in my family love them.

Compared to the other insurance company that I had before I think geico give me a better bang for my buck
