I bought this Goldstar DH305 at a Wal-Mart for $138.44 and my only regret is that I didn't buy it years ago and have saved a bunch of stuff from getting moldy. Sure, it's a bit noisy, but for a cellar or garage, who cares? It runs well, shuts off when it's supposed to, and I can hook a hose to it and run it to a floor drain or out under the garage door. Saves having to empty the bucket every day!...

Our old dehumidifier "poofed" and died...

We use the dehumidifier in our basement of a colonial. The GoldStar is doing a great job. It is a bit noisy, but since it's in the basement, I really don't care. We use a hose to drain it into our sump, so the basket is not a problem at all.

Overall, it is great for the $139 it cost at Home Depot.
