The toy bar is so high that your infant will never be able to see it. The motor worked great until I put my 7 pound baby in it. Apparently he was too heavy. I called Graco costumer service who said that they would send me a new motor at no charge, but it would take 2 weeks since it wasn't in stock because the swing was so new. After 3 weeks, I returned the swing for another brand. I'm glad I did because 12 weeks later I still have not recieved the part. Everything else I own is Graco-made and I have no complaints, but this is one Graco item that I would never purchase or recommend.... When they're on their backs tilted back so far they can only see the ceiling. I also like this one because the toys are higher up. It comes in handy when putting in and taking out the baby 'cause you are less likely to bump their little heads. Also as they get older they can't grab the toys and stop themselves from swinging. Although they find other ways to do that. I think this swing is great.... The music puts him and me right to sleep! He hates to get out. I like the removable seat so I can carry him around.Overall a good product....
