The only problem I have found is lack of ram. With a little more ram, this turned into a super value notebook. I like the clean look of this HP, and would recommend it to anyone who can upgrade the amount of ram. I liked mine so much that I also purchased one for my college aged daughter. She loves it. The only problem I found was running windows vista on 512 megs of ram is too little. With an upgrade to one or two gigs of ram this machine is fast. Ram is super cheap right now. This screen is awesome and the touch pad battery pack usb ports dvd burner etc is well worth the money. The only thing I dont like is the sound, the speakers give kind of a tin can sound but other than that I bought 2 of these one for my business and one for the wife....
