At first I was skeptical because of the low price, but it was a purchase that I needed to make in a hurry to continue my work. I just happened to come upon this printer that was on sale at the time. I purchased it and it was so easy to set up and get started using it. I had never used a fax machine before. The way the instructions and set up on the printer was done, I felt like I had been faxing for years. I have always wanted the type of copier that I could set the things to be copied on instead of sliding paper through a slot. This way I can copy things right out of a book or anything too thick to fit through a slot. The printing and scanning is faster than most and the quality is excellent. This is the one printer/scanner/fax machine that I would stay with and recommend it to anybody, an amateur or professional....
