I was so excited to get this item but OUCH it hurt. the knobs pinched my skin more than once! The heat worked well and it felt good until i would get caught in it. i read and re-read the directions, I followed them. Even had a family memeber try who also had skin pinched in knobs.

I bought this product to save me from driving another 10 miles to a store that had what I really wanted. I was hoping this massager would deliver, and it was about 40 dollars cheaper. Well, you get what you pay for. The heat on this product never heated up to where it made an impact. The percussion just didn't go deep enough for my needs, even at its' strongest. I was also dismayed that the massager changed levels on me without me pressing the button to lower it. The massager is also very top heavy, which makes it more difficult to hold it in place. If you need something lightweight (as in level of massage), then this one may work for you. I need something with more power and a deeper massage. This unit is being returned today....

After trying numerous products I finally found something I would keep using for a while. Homedics percussion massager is very easy to use and relieves pains in a few minutes. It relieves stress and relaxes the body. I used it on the back and shoulder blades...tried it on the heels too. A very good solution to everyday massage and the best part is you can use it to your liking....
