It took a while to get used to the different configuration of shelves and doors, especially the freezer. I absolutely love the ice and water feature in the door. However, this has proven to be quite an added expense to the refrigerator. If you use the ice and water frequently, you'll find you have to replace the filter about every 3-4 months at an additional cost of almost $50.00. Seems like the filter should last longer than that!!!... No complaints there. However, salesman failed to mention we needed to have plastic waterline available for ice maker at time of delivery and installation. Since this was a new home no plastic waterline was on site. We ended up having to to pay a plumber to install even though that was supposed to be included in the $60 delivery and setup.... It is not hard to keep the outside clean, fingerprints don't show. Could use an additional door bin on the refrigerator to provide more space, and would like to have the pop can holder that mounts under the shelf. The different stainless finish does not match new microwave and stove we bought for the kitchen remolding... It's been great. It has been high maintenance on the outside appearance, but the functionality of the unit makes up for it.
