The functions for this product is good, except it does not have a lower self-cleaning option. This is a problem for me because being elderly I am unable to get down low to clean the oven. I wish this product came with a lower self-cleaning function. Other than this I enjoy my Double Wall Oven.... It worked fine a few times. One day the bottom oven preheated and then turned off. I was not sure if I had set it right so next time I watched it as it preheated. Sure enough, the bottom oven would turn off at the click of the preheat signal. Repairmen came out numerous times, replaced parts numerous times. Thank God I purchased the master plan maintenance contract! My whole kitchen is filled with Kenmore appliances. Sears has replaced the oven free of charge. I would recommend that if you have any new appliance purchase in your future, invest a couple hundred more dollars. It was worth it! thank you Sears for excellent customer service. :0)...
