I purchased this microwaves about two weeks ago, but I had to returned it because i did not like the plastic material infront of the microwave it did not match my appliances at all. Also the light underneath was very dim although the quality was exellent.

this is a grey metallic color. matches our spot ok in a kitchen of stainless steel appliances, I have a few problems with this microwave and will take it down today and return it. I am online now to look for a replacements. We have used it for a week and really dislike it. Regular price $399 and bought it on asle for $249. It is very cheap feeling, a lot of plastic parts. The light is halogen, but very dim with only 1 bulb. the bulb is on the back bottom of the microwave against the wall and very little light shines down while cooking. think if it as holding a dim flashlight on your food while you cook, we also got this microwave because of the 400 cm rated exhaust fan. The fan it extremely loud and extremely weak in pulling air out of the exhaust. Also the buttons are touch screen put you really have to push push push hard, our 9 year old can not hardly use... It is big inside, but the fan, light, hard to push buttons and cheap quality make this a returned item.

This is the first microhood that I've ever owned & I absolutely love it. I cannot say enough good things about this product. The exhaust fan is very powerful and eliminates all odors & smoke when I'm doing stovetop cooking. The heating element in the microwave is also powerful compared to any other countertop microwave that I've owned. Foods are quickly warmed up and/or cooked. I love the fact that the plate on the inside is rectangular and moves from side to side rather than in a circlular motion. It provides for a much more even cooking and no hot spots. I am able to cook two meals at once because of the wire shelf that comes with the microwave also, which is quite a time saver. The only drawback is that the light underneath the microwave is not bright enough for my liking but I can live with that. The price was a bit steeper than what I wanted to pay but after several months of owning this oven I can now see that it was worth every penny & will pay for itself.
