I shopped around for days, looking for freezers, and reviews both on freezers and delivery. Some reviews on other stores quoted freezers being damaged in freight. But sears delivery was superb, and no damage to my new freezer at all.  Its worth the extra money for the black finish, and it also has a temp alarm in which the white one does not. It is very quite, only noise you hear is a click ping  when the compressor comes on.  You can not hear it even hum, unless your ear is right down to the side where the motor is.  I did turn it up one notch colder above the facotry setting.  In over 10 days now since it was new,  only has limited tiny amount of frost. But then I only open it quickly get what I need. I dont use the key to lock it , no child in my house, but if I did they only fault I see is that the key is made of plastic  which will break after wear and tear,  this should be made of metal.  Hm, plactic key for a metal...</p>... No problems keeps cold blah blah blah. <strong>GETING THE DANG THING IS WHAT SUCKS</strong>. I ordered this online to have it shipped to my local sears. I did this because the store said it would take 10 to 12 days to have it in and for me to order it online it would be there in 7 days. GO FIGURE. However, when I ordered it ... it didnt go to my local store. It went to some warehouse in bum**** egypt. The store made me drive all the way out there to pick it up and when I got there, the facility was full and they had it taken to the other storage facility. YAY, its a great freezer. Was it worth a tank and a half of gas going at $2.35 a gallon and an entire day to pick it up. NO. Im sure I could've bought something very similar to it with none of the headaches somewhere else. Sorry sears all your good for anymore are your craftsman tools that have the lifetime warranties.</p>... This has alot of room in it, fits alot more than I thought it would. Love how small it is and can git into smaller spaces. We keep ours in the garage.
