I love this grill. I had some issues initially with one of the burners, but Sears sent someone out immediately and ordered a new burner and fixed the problem. Apparently the burner was not aligned properly when assembled at sears. Other than that problem, the grill works well. It cooks evenly and looks great.

It looked good in the store but is already starting to rust. I have to have all three burners going and the lid down to grill anything, it does not hold heat. My 15 year old grill with burnt out burners was 1000 times better than this grill.

I've had this grill for about one year and have had no problems with it. Assembly was not difficult and the machine functions well. Changing the LP gas cylinder is simple and quick. The burners light quickly.

I use the side burner more often than I originally thought I would. I use the side burner whenever we want to fry foods and not have the fried food smell in the house. The three burners do a good job with chicken, beef, ribs, etc. I use the grill at least twice a week and would buy it again.

I did not purchase the cover at the time and the paint does seem to suffer from rain marks without the cover.

After looking at this grill and another kenmore Grill we went with this one. Looks of this grill are outstanding. I would recommend having sears put this together for you. I used the grill twice now and it has cooked my food very well. Only a couple of things I dont like is the fact there are no untensil holders also it is over vented. Like everyone else I could not get it over 350. once I put some foil over the top it heated well about 450....

I bought a Kenmore grill because it was a Sears product. This gas grill was not what I expected. It dripped grease from behind. The grease cup was too small. The finishing of the product was poor. The lid did not align properly. It was not sturdy. I ended up returning the grill back to Sears....

The parts and harware are poor quality and as noted you cannot get this grill over 350 degrees. I have one burner that after infinite adjustments still won't light without using a match. The temperature is very uneven and you have to constantly move the food around to get it all done at the same time. Overall I would recommend using this as a flower planter and buying something or anything else....

What a beautiful grill. A large reason why I bought this was the attractive red color, and it looks great put together. Assembly took me (22yr old female) about 4 hours by myself, which I don't think is unreasonable for a grill. The quality of the hardware they send with the grill is questionable - I stripped a few screws putting this together, so I'll certainly never be taking it apart! There were a few small paint dings that became apparent after the first rain (surface rust already forming, and yes, I covered my grill). Be prepared to throw this away in 5 years, it will rust out. The exposed screws are already rusting, too. I used some auto touch-up paint to get the scuffs on the enamel surface so it will hopefully last a few more years. The back of the grill is definitely over-vented. On a day with absolutely no wind, I can still only get the grill to 350F with all burners on high (not hot enough to burn old food off). I will be constructing something out of stainless steel to cover......

Let me start off by saying not to attempt to assemble this yourself if you are short on patience. Many of the screws they expect you to reach cannot be accessed by a human hand - I had to go buy a special Phillips head at a 90 degree angle at a hardware store to get into some of the tight spots. It took about three hours to assemble by myself, might have been two if I had help. Another problem I had is that the screws are poor quality and would strip almost immediately when I tried to tighten. Some screws come already attached to grill, and are tightened by machine, and will strip when you attempt to remove. Have patience and be VERY careful when putting together the side burner. This was a nightmare and took the longest to assemble. Another complaint is that the pictures did not match what the instructions were telling you to do, and the pictures were so small and undetailed, I didn't know if I was putting it together correctly. For example, the instructions would say to use a washer......

The grill went together ok make sure u check all the pieces of grill before assembly alot of damage, I was very unhappy with the quality of this Kenmore product i own alot of the kenmore items this was the worst , the first grill i pick up was smashed in the nicely packed box the second one had a lot of small damage that they are going to replace the pieces its just the aggravation of it . I was happy with the way it cooks compaired to my webber grill , very even cooking watch out the doors on the botton are very hard to get aligned and still a big gap were they meet ....
