I have used the hepa bags previously. My daughter found less expensive paper bags, which I also used. I changed the paper bags twice as much and had a bad experience with pet dander and my guests. I have returned to use the hepa bags with much better results, especially with my guests, and will not switch again. The large size of bags are not important although the price does set one back a bit as I change the vacuum bags once a week at least, full or not.

I use the Kenmore Canister Vacuum Bags, which are made from a cloth material, on all my super dusty areas of the house like the basement and garage because they keep all the dust, dirt and allergens from re-entering into the air. The bags are super sturdy and can hold alot. They are also very easy to load and remove from my canister vacuum....

I buy the Hepa bags rather than non Hepa bags for my Kenmore vacuum sweeper. While the Hepa are a little more expensive, they last a lot long and do a better job of keeping particulants from being blown back in to the air while vacuuming. and with my allergies, that is very important.

I went from one of the old Kenmore vacuum (i had for about 20 years) and loved it....but my new vacuum is sooo much better and i love the new Hepa filters...much cleaner.

The Kenmore Cannister Vacuum Bag does what is says it will do. Household dust and allergians are reduced to a very minimal thanks to the Hepa feature of this bag.I love it!

The Hepa filtration of the bags is great. However the cost for three bags is quite expensive when you can get the paper bags for much cheaper. I wonder how much of a difference it really does make. I bought them this time, but next time with use my old canister bags and see if I can tell the difference.

These bags are wonderful for keeping pollen and dog dander out of the air when vacuuming. The only drawback is the price, they are about 4 times the cost of a regular bag.

I have owned a Progressive for about 6 years and have used the HEPA bags, the bag itself holds dust but the entry way of the bag does not, for the last 3-4 years the connection where the bag hooks up leaks massive amount of dust, it is wore out, like pretty much everything else on the vacuum, I have lost both wheels on the brush part, the brush is making a horrendous noise, the vacuum does not seem to suck as much as my old one I had previously to this one, I had it in for repair the connection from tube to the brush broke, and I could not undo the connection at the hand held area to the hose.

If the bag had a rubber seal and the top of vacuum connection had like a tube going into the bag this would not be a problem. I am refurbishing my vacuum to work with the Bissell bags which have the rubber seal. Also the bag is too big for the canister.

I find the bag too expensive for what they offer and the vacuum to be really cheezy and cheap. I used to love my old Kenmore but now I am very dissapointed,...

I have owned only Electrolux vacuum cleaners most of my house cleaning life, and I just purchased a new Sears Progressive canister with the Hepa filter. I was only given one bag, the one that was in the vacuum cleaner. I have a dog and 5 cats, and after two vacuumings, my filter was pretty full from the dust & hairs. I have wood floors, but two large area rugs. The vacuum cleaner was not exactly easy to get started. Unlike my electrolux, which was easy to fit together, the Progressive was not. I had to literally turn to the directions, which is not something I was accustomed to with the Electrolux. One of the pieces for couch/chair use had two sections, but they refused to stay together. The vacuum canister is made of cheap and breakable plastic, and I feel as if I will have to treat this canister with kid gloves. The hose that channels the dust/dirt if flexible, but always seems to get stuck around itself. I am just not happy with this vacuum cleaner, and may just have to see if I can...

I continue to be very pleased with the value of the purchases I have made at SEARS over the years. And I really like being able to purchase supplies online. I purchased vacuum bags for my Kenmore Canister Vacuum-the 3M Filtrete design. Combined with the dust filtration features of the machine, these bags give even more control over fine dust when using the unit-and when disposing of the bag when finished. I plan to order more in the future....

These are the bags I prefer to use with the my Kenmore canister. My two big issues: 1) The bag is a bizarre size relative to the canister itself. It is not entirely intuitive how to install the bag as a result, and it simply does not fit well. I have had some occasions where dust got all over the inside of the vacuum after installing the bag incorrectly. 2) Do not buy these over the internet, as the packaging for these slim bags, which would work well in a large envelope, are instead packaged in an enormous box with a ton of loose packing material. Very bad environmentally in all ways and a pain to dispose of. I will make the trip to the store, but would prefer if they shipped it better....

Though these are rather expensive they seem to be worth it since they cut down on dust so effectively and they hold so much more. They last much longer than the paper bags and do a better job, justifying the cost....

I've used these 3 M Filtrete bags since I purchased my Kenmore Progressive vacuum cleaner 7 years ago. Even though they're expensive, they are the only bags I'll use. The dust and dirt stay in the bag and does not create a dust cloud while you're vacuuming. If you have pets or have allergies these are the bags to get. Taking the bags out is easy and does not leave a residue of dust in your face (unless it's crammed full)....
