The top shelf freezes whatever is there and I only leave bottled waters now which I rotate when frozen. The humidity in the vegetables compartment is high and it affects the produce. When I open the door there is always a piece falling off from the side. I am unable to use the bottom shelf at all because it does not hold bottles or cans. Extremely incovenient to clean. How do you slide the baskets out? I juggled the one underneath the deli container and somehow managed to pull it out, but now I can not put it back in. Do yourself a favor...buy something else!!!!!... It is easy to clean and great if you have small kids who likes to drink water alot. This appliance also saves on energy, instead of opening the door for ice and water constantly you can use the handy water and ice maker right out side the door. This refrigerator is excellent in all aspects. You should give it a try!!... Love the slide out shelves/drawers. Lots of room and compartments. Very spacious and bright inside. It is a beautiful and stylish refrigerator. Looks larger in the house then in store. This is the first Stainless Steel grey textured refrigerator I have seen. The water and ice (crushed and cubed) dispenser is so cool. Had my doubts about the dispenser but I wouldn't think twice now to have one. You will never go back to a regular refrigerator once you have the ice and water dispenser. I swear by Kenmore products. Most of my appliances are Kenmore. They are very durable and worth every penny spent. Customers and potential customers, you won't be dissappointed if you purchase this lovely refrigerator or any Kenmore appliance. Can't stop admiring it!...
