i HAVE HAD THIS APPLIANCE FOR 3 YEARS, I HATE IT AS A COOK. ONLY CERTAIN CONDUCTIVE PANS PERFORM AS PROMISED, HAD TO CHANGE ALL COOKWARE TO GET MEDIOCRE PERFORMANCE. i PUT UP WITH IT UNTIL MY WIFE DROPPED A ONE PINT JAR OF OLIVE OIL ABOUT 14 INCHES ON THE TOP AND IT BROKE! THE TOP NOT THE BOTTLE, WHICH MEANS THAT THE OLIVE OIL BOTTLE IS MORE ROBUST THAN THE COOKTOP. WHEN THIS HAPPENS YOU ARE SOL (ASK A VET WHAT THIS MEANS) TIME FOR A NEW STOVE. YOU CAN BET I WILL NOT GET ANOTHER ONE OF THESE

I bought my new cooktop to replace a 70's era cooktop that didn't work anymore. I have never found a better cooktop. I have quick heat, no mess...no muss, no fuss. Everything i've been looking for in a cooktop. The bonus was the griddle pan I got to put over the bridge burner. Everything is great. I would recommend this unit to anyone and everyone....

This cooktop heats up instantly! I was scared that since I had to replace my electric cooktop with another electric cooktop, I would have to deal with the extremely long wait to heat up. Not this one! It can boil water to make tea in less than 5 minutes! I have never been able to cook as evenly and reliably as I do now. I am not the slightest bit sad that I still don't have a gas cooktop now. This one does the job like a champ...

I find it hard to keep clean. You have to wipe up spills immediately or you will spend more time cleaning....

This cooktop heats evenly and quickly. It is also very easy to clean. I have had no problems with figuring out how to get which burners to go with the ones that have sual purposes. I would recommend it to anyone...
