DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, Unless you want to replace the igniters, burners, flame shields, and cooking grids within the first eighteen months. Virtually everything side the cooking lid rusted within eighteen months. Shame on Sears. My dad always swore by the quality of Sears products, now I just swear at them. I will NEVER buy another Sears product again. In fact they didn't even make this grill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waste of $1200 dollars. I only gave it one star because I had to give it a star or I wouldn't have given it anything.

I bought this grill new 2 years ago. Worked very nicely for about a year and a half then every part of the inside of the grill pretty much rusted out & fell apart. We even had it covered out of the rain the entire time. I tried to disassemble & put in new parts but everything (burners, igniters & pan just fell apart from the rust. Even the exterior started to corrode. Real piece of junk. Had to throw it away & was smart enough to buy a Weber.

I love the Grill. I shopped every grill from $6500.00 to $1500.00. I have friends that have

grills in all those ranges. I think this grill stacks up against some the very best. The infared features are very good and make cooking small quantities easy, quick, with a great grill mark and a grill flavor. I love it.

We bought this grill because it looked great. We have always had Weber, and we figured the Kenmore name would be just as good. We were wrong. First of all we got it home and 3 parts were scratched. I will say the company had the replacement parts sent overnight with no hassle that was handled great, just inconvenient. Now 7 months later the igniters don't work. The grill from day one has always been to hot, when you set it at low the temp gets to 600 degrees. Hindsight we should have bought a new Weber. We used the Seerziler at first but now never use it. Buy the Weber!...
