Purchased this fridge in May 2009, and have been very happy with it, lots of room compared to my old Amana side by side. Sleek clean look with stainless, though a bit hard to keep clean with fingerprints from the kids. Like the water dispenser inside of fridge instead of in the door, adds to energy efficiency.

After reading reviews online and going to several appliance stores and speaking to sales clerks, we decided to purchase the Kitchenaid refrigerator. Not only does it have the look that we love with the French doors, but it has the convenience of the freezer on the bottom and ample space to organize our groceries in the top. We love the water filtration inside the door and are very happy that the ice is also made from the filtered water. We did have a stressful time when it was first delivered as the seal on the freezer was not sealing which caused frost build up. We called the Sears repairman and apparently the door was knocked off kilter during the delivery. Somehow it popped back into place and he was then able to seal it up no problem. We have not had any issues with it since then. At times it seems to get a little louder than normal but we think this is due to the door not being closed completely. Overall, we would recommend this refrigerator! We love it....

I have had this frig for several months now after shopping around a lot for a French door refrigerator. Before I bought it some reviews spoke of how noisy it is so I was a little worried. All I can say is, the frig is so quiet I almost never hear it. There is plenty of room in the fridge, and I love the wide pull-out bottom drawer which is big enough to hold a full veggie tray or other awkward sized dishes. The produce drawers perform way beyond my expectations. Produce keeps SO MUCH LONGER than it did in my old fridge. There are humidity controls on the drawers that keep the produce dryer, thus reducing spoilage. I also love the filtered water I'm now getting. My only disappointment is that the freezer is not quite as large as I had hoped. It's large enough to hold what I usually freeze but there's no room for extra stuff so I can't stock up when I run across good sales. The icemaker makes plenty of ice, though, and I love the pull-out bottom freezer (other than wishing for a little more......

After countless hours researching the purchase of a new refrigerator, I am pleased with our decision to buy the KitchenAid. The overall appearance is stylish, but the interior functionality is truly the best feature of this refrigerator. Keeping the interior clean and clutter free is a breeze. The in-door water dispenser is great, and the water quality is crisp, clean tasting and COLD. The deli drawer has revolutionized my life. I now have the ability to see at a glance what cheese and meats I have on hand, as well as have ample room for party trays, bottles of champage, etc. when we are entertaining. One minor disappointment...the egg bin is small, so I store my butter there. Also, the stainless steel is a bit high maintenance, but beautiful when clean and smudge free....

This refrigerator provides the perfect balance of space and style. I was skeptical of having a bottom freezer without the ice and water on the outside door, but the freezer is easy to access for ice and having the water on the inside of the refrigerator may add effort to open the door, but the appearance is much greater without the dispenser in the door. Another good KitchenAid product, worth the price....

This unit looks beautiful, is very spacious, very functional. Interior lighting in both top and bottom makes locating items a breeze. The inside water dispenser works great, it takes up almost zero space and never drips. Much better than in the door dispensers that eat up loads of space....
