This is a beautiful refrigerator. It really looks nice in my kitchen. Too bad it doesn't work as well as it looks. The ice dispenser works whenever it feels like it , which is not too often. The door squeaks. We keep lubricating it, but it still squeaks. The door handle keeps coming loose. Other than that, it works great. It is very deep inside, so there's a tendency to lose things in the back of the refrigerator. This is my first bottom freezer. I really like it. I can see everything at a glance. I like the sliding shelf in the freezer. I bought this refrigerator because it's energy star rated. I just found out that it's not as efficient as LG claims it is. Consumer Reports tested the energy star ratings of refrigerators and found LG to be lacking in its statistics. LG is supposed to be offering energy rebates to consumers. I applied for one right away,and still haven't heard from them. That was 4 months ago. Until LG can get their act together, I...

We are changing our appliances to stainless. Had the side by side for 20 years and loved it, but needed something wider for party trays and pizza boxes. Everyone I spoke to loves their bottom freezer. We chose this model. Love the fridge lots of space! Hate the freezer. Has a slide out tray that does not slide out all the way, and is small. Under the slid out tray there is a big space with a divider. It is very deep, so you have to bend down and dig for what you want. We returned it and are now waiting for the four door. If you don't care about the freezer part, it has a great fridge....

I JUST BOUGHT THIS FRIDGE FOR MY HUSBAND.. :) HE JUST LOVES IT.. HAVENT HAD ANY PROBLEMS AND WEVE HAD IF FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS.. NO PROBLEMS WITH THE ICE MAKER OR ANYTHING.. HOPEFULY IT WILL STAY THAT WAY.. IM NOT TOO HAPPY WITH THE REVIEWS THOUGH AND TOLD MY HUSBAND ABOUT THEM BUT HE INSISTED HE WANTED THAT ONE.. HE SIMPLY SAID.. SOME JUST COME FAULTY HONEY.. NOT ALL OF THEM.. LETS JUST HOPE SO! :) WE LOVE THE SPACE IN IT.. LOOKS VERY SHARP!! (BOUGHT IT IN BLACK)...

I love the space in the refridgerator!!! I love the access to the compartment. However, the Ice and water despenser in the door is totally lacking in its performance. You have to stand there for several minutes to get ice to drop into a glass. It's better to unload the ice maker into a seperate container to so you can have ice in a timely manner. In addition, the water dispenser in the door usually makes a total mess when dispensing water into glasses until you learn how to proper place a container under the dispenser. Otherwise I love the refridgerator. At this price point, the Ice maker should perform at a higher level! I'm very disappointed in LG products!...

This fridge looks great in concept, but does not work. In the first 2 weeks the water filter leaked all over the first night and had to be replaced. The freezer frosted up so it was difficult to open the door. This had to be repaired. Now the refridgerator compartment does not get cold so food spoils very quickly. I am exchanging this piece of junk with a GE or Whirlpool....

Do not buy LG products. Looks good, low quality. Parts break easily or don't work well....
