Using the telephone is easy from the outside. It lasted a really long time and i dropped repeatedly and got it wet a few times. It does get worn out though but its not noticeable. The camera is great, very clear photos, plenty of options to set for your personal preference. The graphics are amazing, and there are tons of cool features to mess around with within the phone. It comes in a few really neat colors to purchase, I have the one in the picture. Overall the phone is fairly easy to use....although it does take a little getting used to the touch screen. You may need to lower the sensitivity level. Occasionaaly your face may brush against the touch screenw hile talking and open something unplanned within teh phone. I personally didn't realize you had to buy another music pack to transfer music from your computer to the phone...but you can purchase songs from Verizon music selection without doing this. Also, I realized while trying to figure out the music part of the phone that it may not be very compatible with Macs. <br/><br/>Other than......
