Lands End.com is a great shopping website. Ordering is simple online and if you have an issue customer service resolves it right away. Recently I placed an online order and the coupon would not go through. I opened a chat and the representative was very helpful. In the end, I got two emails with different information about my final price. With a quick phonecall I found that the chat rep had made the coupon correction and that was the reason for two order emails.

With regard to product for your money. I never buy the items at full price. Sign up for the emails and there are constantly coupons and free shipping. Returns are really simple as well at my local sears store. I have ordered for adults and kids alike in my family and been very satisfied with the products and service.

Lands End

I love coming to sears for Lands End products. I like the quality, price, size availablity. I like the looks of the clothing. Its a very modern look! I can come in and pick up a few items & I'm ready for work. I like clothes that are comfortable & easy to wear. Not clothes that if I'm sitting they wrinkle, or look like you have been sitting in them all day.
