It takes forever to actually find a signal if it ever does.... I have absolutely no problem with my girlfriends garmin, but this one picks up squat. You are at your destination before you get a signal. This item was returned. Maybe I got a bad one, but I doubt it. I would stay away from this one.... He loves to get new gadets. We have not found anything that we did not like about this GPS for the price. Comes with a mounting kit for your automobile and also detaches for you to use outside of your vehicle (i.e. going hiking, biking, etc.) and also clips to your belt....
