I think that this tree is great. The tree we had as a child was a hassle to put up so as an adult I never put up a tree at the holidays. I thought it was to much work. However I bought this tree so my baby would have a festive Christmas. I couldn't believe how easy it was. It took awhile to fluff up the branches but it is worth the time because this tree is really pretty. If I had known that Christmas trees were this easy I would have had one every year. The clear lights look classy and it is so neat to watch the tree rotate. It was a snap to decorate to since I just had to stand and put on the ornaments because the tree rotated. I would suggest this tree to anyone.... The lights took two hours to plug in because they were mislabeled and didn't line up with the plugs. In "poofing" the branches, I have already had some fall off. The branches aren't strong enough to hold ornaments. I am very surprised that Martha Stewart would put her name to this mess.... We had bought it at Kmart so again we went back to Kmart to find the replacement since the kids love the rotating stand. For what we paid 7 years ago, we got almost the exact same tree but a foot taller, with improved appearance (the variation in pine branches is beautiful), more space underneath for presents, what a deal. The assembly was the same (and quick) and I noticed the instructions have improved. It took a while to fluff each branch out but if you are patient you get an absolutely beautiful tree. If this tree lasts even half as long as our old one, it will be worth it. The best one to buy out there!... I purchased the colored lights and put it up in less than 10 minutes! It took a few minutes to pull out the branches but was completely set up in about 40 minutes! The lights are beautiful and quite bright! Brighter than other lights I have had on a treee! I also LOVE the rotating stand! This tree rotates fully, 360 degrees, so you can see all sides of it! It seems to rotate quickly, though. I would like to see the speed decreased, if possible. It's not so quick that you feel sick but I believe its too quick to take in the sight of ornaments. I would DEFINITELY recommend this tree and for the $99 price tag (Thanksgiving Day sale), it's a steal!...
