through my other car insurance company I was paying $1200.00 a year the second year it doubled to $2400.00 I gotta Quote at Nationwide unbelieveable $1200.00 a year so i switched to them after 3 years now im down to $600.00 a year great job Nationwide you are on my side 100%...

Received a quote for Auto Insurance over the phone and got an appointment to sign up all int the same day. Saving over $700 a year with Nationwide with a policy that covers 2 brand new cars and I have a not so great record! Would recommend them to anyone. In fact I tell everyone I know to go there to get a quote. They also have amazing customer service people who are always willing to answer any question that you may have. They are also very quick and efficent when I comes to any repairs or claims that you have to file. They make it very painless. I just can't say enough good things about this company!!...

Customer service is terrible. Wish they were more knowledgeable about insurance questions. Agent can't explain why bills are never correct.

Had USAA for a little over a year and every six months my insurance went up even though I had no claims. When I finally did have a claim on someone elses policy (person who hit me also had Nationwide) they put me through the rinnger and cheeped out because I chose to get my car fixed at the deelership. The check took forever and the agent was rude....
