The free store pick up option was great. I tried these shoes on at a local department store where they were over $20 more! Once I found the size I needed, I saw them in the Sears ad on sale, but my local Sears didn't have the size I needed, so I used this option and saved. The shoes are cute and not bulky, they look good with jeans. They are pretty comfortable and light weight. They do run small, I usually wear a 5.5 and I needed a 7.5 in these shoes. I do recommend trying them on in an actual store first, but Sears.com was the best price I could find. Very light weight, I'm considering purchasing some insoles to give them some more cushion....
