We love Nintendo Wii! Its fun for kids, its great to play as a family, & Grandma & Grandpa like it too! We were not really a gaming family until we got our Wii. It's fun to play together and it's makes you get up & move! We also like that you can play Netflix on it.

We really love this game system. This one is super family friendly, with a lot of excellent all-ages games you can purchase. The fact this can go online is a bonus. I really can't think of anything at all I would change about this console. Highly recommend it.

We bought our kids the nintendo wii for Christmas and they love it. I love it because they can get up and move during times where they are stuck in the house. Great product!

I recommend a ps3 or xbox360 over the Wii console anyday. The price is better with the Wii but the gaming is not comparable. Sony and Microsoft have come out with new age gaming where players can be interactive. It may cost a little more but better games, better graphics, blu ray players and online gaming makes it well worth the cost.

Good console for young children but replay value is fairly low.

I had the original Nintendo when I was small and my how things have changed. We bought a Wii when it first came out and it is SO much fun. We have three kids who also love it. There are games for every age level, my three year old even plays and has so much fun. I love that it gets you up and actually makes you get physical rather than just sitting in your chair to play. You do have to be careful with the controllers. Yes we have hit the TV with them, even when they were attached to our wrist. My son loves the bowling game and runs up a bit to close to the TV when he throws the ball and has smacked it a couple of times :) The Wii fit is a must have if you own the Wii. It isn't just excercise but fun games too. There are so many cool accessories that go along with the Wii. We have the balance board, the hunting gun, the steering wheel and the sports pack.These make the games so life like and really fun. Another fun thing about the Wii is getting to make your Mii. I've had my Wii for almost 4 years now and it never gets old! Nintendo constantly has amazing games come out (most recently Metroid: Other M!). I love this console, it also can help keep people active with fun games that make you engage in exercise.

Ok, it isn't quite as active as going to the bowling alley or the tennis courts, but for indoor fun, this truly is a family event. After two years, we still use it extensively, not only for games but now, we access our netflix through it and even HULU and other web movies and shows. It was worth every penny, IMHO.

Everyone can understand how to play, and everyone has fun playing... My father, who hates video games as a way of spending time and money thinks that the wii is great, and was like a little boy playing it.. (he's 55). My mother even tried it out and enjoyed it. The wii, when used as its intended with you getting up and swinging the remote will give you a nice bit of exercise. in wii sports, (comes with the system), boxing tennis bowling and the various training and fitness tests that go along with the games can have you working up a sweat. zelda is great too, for the serious gamer. $250 is well worth the price, video games are fun again, and you can get everyone involved!

My family has had a blast with our Wii! Everyone in the family can use it and we love competing with each other. The bowling game is our current family favorite! We can't wait to get more games! We also love how now we can get Netflix on the Wii. We haven't tried it yet but can't wait to try it!

We received this as a gift for or family and it has been wonderful. We already had/have a playstation 2 but the Wii beats it hands down! I am not really into video games and it was given to us because the person thought it was something the whole family would enjoy and it has been great. My 10 year old loves to play and even my husband and I get some quiet time once the kids are in bed and WE play.

We also have a subscription to Netflix and we can watch movies through that and it is great.

My husband and I got a Wii for Christmas a few years ago. It's been a big hit ever since. While I was pregnant with our daughter, I enjoyed being able to use Wii Sports, then when my son discovered Star Wars, we bought Star Wars Lego. We've had quite a few family evenings of gathering together and playing against each other at Mario Cart. There is a game for everyone and every situation out there! Guitar Hero is a blast when you have company. Especially if they're already musicians like our pals. :)

The Wii is easy to use, great for playing a game by yourself, but it's best when shared with family and friends.

One last thing, if you have Netflix, be sure to get the Netflix on Wii CD We don't have cable and Netflix has more than enough for us to watch.

I love the Nintendo Wii. I'm not what one would call a serious gamer....I'm lucky to be holding the controller the right way. The wii is user friendly, though, and makes gaming fun. Plus, I feel like I"m burning calories while I play. Mario Brothers and the Wii sports are the best games. You can find games for the whole family. This is a great investment!

I love the Wii gaming system. My family has not had any system before and I love that my 4 year old can manage the controls. It is a ton of fun playing the resort sports games. The system itself is smaller than I expected, which allows for it to be placed just about anywhere. I also was impressed that the sensor was so easy to install. The directions are good. The extras are great also. I love viewing all of my photos on our big TV using the camera card. I haven't been on line yet, but that is my next effort!

My kids love the Wii, especially playing tennis or bowling. My son can play for a long time and be entertained. However, the Wii is not enough for anyone who really wants to play video games. My husband got a PS3 because the Wii is not good for the video games he plays.
