I've been disappointed by this product. I thought it would give me a great workout and make me want to exercise daily, but in two-minute segments, i really don't even work up a sweat. The most vigorous exercise is the walking and running. On the good side, my kids think it's fun so it keeps them active rather than just watching TV. I think DDR is much better exercise for me.

I used this thing a lot right after I got it but then the excersises got to be just like excersise and no longer fun. I bet that It could be an excellent workout if I actually stuck with it but who has the time? Still fun to play once in a while but definately not an everyday routine. Also had some problems with pairing it with my wii. Seems like it would need to be paired every 3rd use or so. This isn't a challenging thing to do but I would like to think that it would have a longer memory or whatever it has.

I received my Wii Fit as a Christmas gift from my kids. I had been looking at it for sometime and was so excited to get it. The activities are great, my kids love the soccer and hola hoop! I have three young kids so getting to the gym is very hard for me. The Wii Fit gives me the chance to workout with the guidance of a "trainer". I love the fact that it lets you know when you aren't doing the move correct so that you can adjust to get the best workout. When I say workout I mean it, I was sore for two weeks after I started. There were a couple of days that my legs and hips were so sore it hurt to sit down. My husband and I look at it as a game. We take turns doing the moves to see who can score the highest and it makes it alot of fun. My kids love the Wii and having such a physical game is great for them. My son loves the running portion of the game. He does laps around the living room to see how long he can run. This is a very family friendly game. There are even activities that my three...

I love the Wii Fit and Balance Board. I have been able to lose 50lb using my Wii Fit. I can track the time I spend working out. I can also track my progress. The Yoga is fatastic and I love that I can jog inside even when it is rainy and cold outside! I don't have a lot of room for a home gym and I have never been a fan of video workouts but I love the Wii Fit. It has been a fitness plan I have been able to stick with! The balance games are, for me, a fun treat after my workout! I start every morning with a Wii Fit workout!

The Balance Board and Wii Fit are amazing. I waiting a long time to finally purchase the Balance Board and I must say it was well worth it. Being a child of the 70's and having had an Intellivision and the very first Nintendo...I was completely overwelmed by the technology of the Wii System. If you are serious about getting into shape and want to have fun doing it....this is for you.

I recently bought this for my friend's son. He absolutely loves it! (And me!) It is a really great price and it was just as I had expected. I also love playing this too. I would recommend this to anyone of all sorts of ages. It is fun and a relaxing thing to do.

I love my Wii Fit Balance board! It is needed to play some of the Wii Fit games. This board helps you to be even more interactive with the games. And the best part of the board is you have to stand up to use it! That means, no more sitting down and getting ft while you play vieo games! The board is high quality. mine has been dropped many times and is still intact! The batteries last a while too! Overall, this is a great way to have fun and is made to be a quality product!

Our whole family loves the wii fit and balance board. We purchased it for our 11 year old daughter and it really got her more interested in exercising and taking care of her body. our 7 year old son, who loves yoga has also used it for the balance games and our 9 year old loves it as well. it is a great family purchase and i would recommend it to everyone!

We love the Wii fit and board in our house. I love that once you've done all the intro step sections you can then do it while watching tv and it'll still count your steps and tell you how many calories you've burned. It's a video game that can get your heart rate up. I highly recommend it for someone who just had a child and needs to start exercising again - for someone who is just beginning to exercise - for someone who wants to exercise but doesn't take it too seriously. I also like that it keeps track of your weight and you can put in a goal that you'd like to accomplish. My favorites are the fun activities, the yoga (and I've never done yoga prior to getting this) and the step.

I got this because I wanted to get something that the entire family would like to play. When I got this, there really wasn't much to go along with it, but in recent months, there have been a few new games to come out. The only thing I did not like about it is when it changed my Mii to be a little bit out of shape by expanding my waist line. I guess they want me to get motivated somehow.

I am a heavy person (270 lbs), but the balance board had no trouble accommodating me. It is able to tell where you are shifting your weight (forward, back, left, right). It was really fun to use with wii fit. You should also buy a skin to put on it for easy cleaning.

Love this! I get a great workout on it. One reviewer complained that it told her she's overweight and she's not. The Wii Fit does not take into consideration your bone structure or your muscle mass. My hubby is 6'5, 250 lbs but mostly muscle. The Wii Fit said he's obese. Well, he's far from it. If you know you're not overweight, don't take it too personally. Otherwise, this has great workout programs and games. Some can be quite challenging. After the first workout, I could hardly walk!! My legs were sore for two days!...

Gotta love this. Makes exercising fun. You have different areas to choose from, balance, arobics, stretching and strength. Have back problems and with wii fit, back feels much better and legs feel more flexible. Can do it in your own home without going to a gym, and you have choice of 2 trainers....

this is the best way to get in shape. i have had a wii fit for 2 months and have already lost 18 pounds just doing 15-30 minutes a day. i highly recommend this product to anyone who could stand to lose a few pounds. great way to add a little fun to excersising....
