This is a great scooter. I ordered this for my 11 year old son and she loves it. I ordered this scooter with the free shipping included and it arrived in about 5 business days (not bad for free shipping). The scooter was shipped by UPS and arrived intact without any damages to the box or scooter. I was able to assemble the scooter in about 15 to 20 minutes and then I charged the battery overnight and my daughter has been very happy ever since. I would recommend buying this scooter to anyone
...

I've had my scooter for several years and have never had a problem. It's important to charge the battery according to the instructions. You can't give it a 2 hour initial charge and expect it to last. I would highly recommend this scooter....

The scooter required virtually no assembly. But when I bolted the seat to the deck, I bolted it down through a laundry basket. Its actually easier to ride. I just put my feet up on the edge of the basket, like hiway pegs on a motorcycle.
I ride it to the grocery store about a mile away. I take it right into the store and load up the basket with groceries. Then at the checkout stand we put the groceries back into the basket. No bags. At home it rolls right into the kitchen for unloading.
It will take me to the store in about 5 minutes, no problem at all. On the way back there are a couple of small hills where I have to get off and walk beside the bike. I don't have to push the bike. The motor is strong enough to carry the groceries, just not me and the groceries, up those hills. I have to walk about 3 blocks total out of 2 miles round trip. Not bad.
The law allows a 1000 watt motor, and this has 350 watts. I give it a four because it does the job reasonably well, but I wish the motor was......

We bought two of these scooters last Christmas for our kids and couldn't be more unhappy. They haven't been used much, just here and there. Already we have had to replace parts and one of them still makes a terrible sound when in use. The warranty on these scooters is not very long, and it seems that things start to fall apart right after the warranty ends. I would highly suggest finding another brand, this one is a lemon....
