I ordered a firm matteress, and the delivery man assured me that it was indeed a firm mattress. The first month or so was awesome. Since that time it has become apparent that the mattress is seriously sagging, and my back is really paying for it.

Purchased the prior model and it sagged in the middle less than 6 months after purchase. Hassle to return and they are charging a $65 redelivery fee. I am ******.

Ordered this mattress, it looked beautiful and it is very well made-looks expensive- it felt super soft and comfortable upon first taking a nap on it. But it proved to be so incredibly soft it offered no support whatsoever!

After one full night of sleep on it my back , neck, and ribs were screaming in pain in the morning. It is too fluffly like a marshmellow (it totally caves in when you sit/lay upon it) I guess some people like that, but for me it caused much aches and discomfort. If you have sensitive neck and back, do not get this particular mattress!

I ordered the firm version of the same mattress instead- it was a little more costly (not too much more- in full size) and worth it.

I Ordered "Midnight Serenade Lux Firm Euro Pillowtop" instead- which is pretty much the same mattress, but much much firmer and offers much more support.

This is a great mattress. Don't be fooled by the affordable price. i was a bit reluctant buying online with laying on it- but very happy I did. Very similar to other plush pillowtop mattress. very comfortable yet firm in all the right places. Bought it with the low profile boxspring. Sears was amazing- delivered in less than 5 days- they called several times and showed up within a specified 2 hour window. They were in and out in minutes and slept on it that night. No odor like you sometimes get with new beds. I was originally going to buy from Sleepys- glad I didn't Saved a few hundred bucks and Sears couldn't have been nicer. Even got a rebate for delivery!!!

Sleeping on this Euro pillowtop, plush mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. The support is great, and not too hard. We also purchased the box spring to go with the mattress. It was a low profile box spring, which made the total height of the bed much more manageable. Also the price was fantastic. Lucky for us that we opened our email in time to find a special discount on mattress sets. As a side note, the delivery men were wonderful. They were very professional and quick with the delivery. I definitely would recommend these to anyone looking for a good night's sleep....
