I love shopping at Sears, I just have a hard time finding jeans or dress slacks in my size. It used to be easy years ago, but now the jeans or dress slacks start out in a larger size. I alway's find sweaters, blouses or any other kind of top in my size which is great. I am petite and clothes are hard to find sometimes, even in the petite section. Otherwise I find everything else I need without any problems. sales persons are very helpful and always very attentive. And the clothing at Sears is very fashionable and cute!!

I always forget about sears with all the other stores out there but everytime i go into a store i always find something cute and affordable...

Marilyn in Housewares,& women's wear, is great...knowledgeable, friendly and competitent, but the guys in Appliances and electronics ignore the customers.

My husband & I wanted to buy a couple of Wii programs and the pistol grip for the Wii, which was locked on the display. Even on his knees, my husband was unable to see the back of the package to be able to decide if that was what he wanted. We ended up buying the crossbow grip because it was out where we could pick it up. We waited for 15 minutes wanting to pay for our purchases and were totally ignored by the TWO salesmen that were working. We finally gave up and went to Women's wear to pay for our purchases.

My husband is quite anti Sears at this point after purchasing a tiller that only worked once, was returned, and the second tiller also only worked one time. We ended up returning the Craftsman tiller, getting our money back and buying one at Lowe's that works.

I am not that happy with Sears since when I called to...
