&lt;p&gt;When I went to Kmart's website and read the instructions on how to cancel, the ability to do so wasn't on there.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I finally went to chat and that was an interesting time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The order number available is for everyone. Good grief.....&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;09110444&#160;&#160; Look familiar?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I told her this was the only number that was on there. She didn't respond at first, just asked for my email addy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I gave it to her and it took forever for her to reply and I had to ask her, Are you still there?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;She was unable to access any information on my order.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Wait a minute, neither could I!!!!!!!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This was the slowest chat I had ever been on.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I truly feel I was expected to give up and not cancel.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thanks, Kmart.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well, she didn't bother explaining to me what was going on and gave me an 800# to call and it was Sears and not Kmart&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and the agent asked me which one I was calling....&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;This is a total scam.  I cancelled it a year ago during the free trial period after going through many transfers on the phone.  They didn't give me a confirmation number and I did not notice they renewed me anyway...didn't notice it on my VISA card statement untill I started looking into the new charge this year.  They renewed it again this year which I caught and got transferred to every foreign country they use for customer service until they finally said that they would refund my $84.63.  Not so much of a refund for the charge last year since I did not notice it until now...partially my fault.  Bottom line...it is the worst customer service for a scam product which they know is a scam. DON'T DO IT. DON'T USE THEIR FREE TRIAL, IT IS NOT WORTH IT.&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;ShipVantage has garnered a lot of negative attention.  Most of it seems to be from people who were interested in free shipping at the time an order was being placed with no intention of ever wanting to pay the membership fee after the trial period expired.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I've had this membership for less than a month.  It's already saved me quite a bit of shipping fees on Sears.com and mygofer.com and I'm sure it'll save me quite a bit in the future as well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The terrific part of this program is that orders, so long as they aren't oversized, are shipped free via standard shipping and for a small amount more are shipped expedited.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I've used the standard shipping option twice now and have received my order in less than 4 days.  It's terrific and well worth the annual membership fee.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you are sincere in perhaps using this program to your advantage, use the trial membership. However, if you are looking to simply get whatever you are purchasing at the time with no shipping, this might not be the program for...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

Began looking at SV reviews after order placed and saw universally negative reviews, mostly tied to cancellation. I decided to cancel and did it via the Chat function on Sears.com. Took 5 minutes. I was able to copy/paste entire chat to save in case I needed as back up, which I didn't. Was told I'd get an email confirming cancellation w/in 48 hours and that never happened BUT my online order did eventually reflect the cancelled service. Package arrived w/in promised time, though it the box was severely damaged as were contents. Was able to exchange w/ in-store item that same day. Alls well that ends well. Sears needs to create link w/in their site to cancel Shipvantage and/or advertise Chat option. Leaving lot of $ on the table until SV reviews start turning around!&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>I purchased a Christmas gift for my husband and unfortunately I decided to get the free trial membership for the ShipVantage. After having the membership, I realized that I would not get much use out of it (as I don't intend on making many online purchases from this company), so I had every intention to cancel the trial membership. Unfortunately, due to the holidays and many other &quot;distractions&quot; I forgot to cancel the membership and now I am stuck with this service that I don't plan on using. I was almost sick to my stomach when I received the e-mail stating that my credit card will be charged $79. Although I can say that it was my fault for not canceling on time, I really wish that the system was not set up to automatically enroll you at the end of the trial period. It would have been better if it required a confirmation at the end of the trial period. So, I am completely unhappy about this service and I can't think of a positive attribute. Perhaps someone who shops various items online...... </description>
