      <description>&lt;p&gt;I ordered items from Sears.com.&#160; In reading the return policies, I thought I would be able to return these items (if I was unsatisfied) to ANY SEARS STORE.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Turns out all of the items on Sears.com aren't sold by sears.&#160; Some of the items are sold by &quot;third party vendors&quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After spending 1.5 hours in a retail store, umpteen hours on the phone trying to figure out how to get my money back, and now the cost of returning the items to this &quot;third party vendor&quot;, I am still waiting to get my money back.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I won't buy ANYTHING from Sears.com EVER AGAIN.&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>I bought a Bosch dishwasher to replace an LG top of the line dishwasher I had only owned for 2 1/2 years.  The LG failed more than once with major defects which LG would not correct (but that are another story...)
I researched **************** to choose another machine.  The Bosch dishwasher had good ratings and this particular one met my requirements: good overall ratings, low noise rating (under 50dbs) and within my budget (on sale).  I had to wait two weeks to get this new machine and have it installed so I was very eager to try out my new dishwasher!
The thing I did NOT realize is that the Bosch dishwashers all have smaller interiors than all the previous brands of dishwashers I had owned.  This has been a little traumatic for me because we entertain a lot and were able to load the previous dishwasher with a settings for 16, plus lots of wine glasses and coffee cups.
This dishwasher is only designed to hold a 12 place setting, plus a lot fewer glasses and coffee cups.  The racks are...... </description>

      <description>Sears.com wants to satisfy customers- it is clearly evidenrt from the moment that you pull up the site. Sears.com tries to make the consumer shopping experience less difficult by showing the customer where they can find items that we do not carry. However, this only makes the customer more confused. 

Because as we know, the average American does not read the tiny print under the item's name. All they see is that the product popped upon our website, and they assume that we carry it. Mostly, it is the customer's fault for not taking the time to read the fine print. However, Sears.com would be easier to use if the website just pulled up what Sears carries, and not everyone else.... </description>

I called Sears customer service and was told the two items were shipped UPS.&#160;Um, okay, whatever, I don't care how they were shipped.&#160;I mentioned I didn't get a shipping confirmation for the 3rd item and she said &quot;don't worry about it, I'm sure it shipped, you should call UPS and check.&quot;&#160;&#160;I figured&#160;I would wait a day or two and see if it showed up. I went online to check my order status and it said I had zero orders and no order history.&#160; I called customer service again and they couldn't tell me why my order does not show online.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I received&#160;the&#160;2&#160;items&#160;and&#160;a few days later received the&#160;3rd item, I never did receive a shipment confirmation for that one.&#160; The last item was a 3 piece set, a shirt,...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I ordered a GE Spacemaker Microwave on Sunday December 20th and chose an install date which was showing available on Wed, Dec 23rd. I even called customer service to make sure the date showing was correct. When they said that install date was available I placed my order and selected that date. I received my confirmation the next morning and it said install date of January 12th, 2010. I couldn't wait 3 weeks so I called and cancelled less than 12 hours after ordering. I cancelled the order on Monday December 21 because they could not honor the stated install date. Sears said they would credit my card within 3-5 business days. I called to check on credit 3 times, on December 26th, December 28th and December 30th. Each time they said the cancellation was processing and credit was pending. Spoke to Sears customer service on December 30th and they verified that the order was cancelled and a credit was still processing. Spoke to Sears customer service again a 4th time on January 2nd and the agent...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
