      <description>&lt;p&gt;I ordered&#160; 2 DK Jungle Climber Nintento DS's for Christmas presents.&#160; Unfortunately there seems to be an outsid vender who supplied these ds's.&#160; I am having trouble getting in touch with them.&#160; I have emailed them and have received no reply.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When speaking to a representation of Sears I was told it was not there product and after much prodding finally was given the email address.&#160;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I entered Sears.coms web site I thought Sears would back there product.&#160; This is not an inexpensive item and my one Grandson is still waiting for me to replace this item.&#160; It did not work from the very beginning.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I therefore, would not recommend anyone shop at Sears.com.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Had to place 3 orders as the first 2 some how did not take and they could not just re-input and keep the order coming....I had to do all the work! 3 emails and all I got was form letters that never addressed the questions I asked....no one could have read them because the answers had nothing to do with what I asked....just form letters telling me what I had to do and not what they should do. 7 phone calls and I had to tell them that the orders were dead (they kept telling me that they were being shipped)&#160; ....I could tell by the info on my screen that the order was bad.....and now a week later I will still have to do their work because the 2nd order has not yet been credited to my account....I will have to make more phone calls and hope to get someone on the phone that will actually listen to what I'm saying!&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;We have ordered two items from Sears.com since cyber Monday. BOTH items have been totally screwed up, delivery dates delayed, then cancelled then the second is now going in the same direction. We were given the old &quot;Bait and Switch&quot;, at first they were not going to give us the cyber Monday deal since they suggested we Switch brands and it was not Cyber Monday at that time.....What is sad is that I could go to the store and pick up the second item and have it today, the problem is that I don't know if I have time to cancel the sale of the item being delivered or not.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We will NEVER use Sears.com again. We will also let all of our friends and neighbors know about our experience.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I ordered garage door openers online from sears.com a few days ago.&#160; I received a confirmation email and sears charged my card.&#160; Now, I received an email saying they are out of them and giving me a number to call for assistance.&#160; I called the number and the girl said there was nothing she could help me with and that I should just go&#160; to sears.com and order something else.&#160; Also, she said it would be 5 business days or so before my money would be returned.&#160; This is not the first time this sort of thing has happened to me while ordering from sears.com.&#160; I will definitely not use sears.com again as I've never had this problem with any other online purchases from other companies.&#160; Sears should change these practices or they will continue to lose customers.&#160; I have been a loyal customer of sears for many years but after this latest incident I'll be going somewhere else.&#160;&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>I was ordering a Christmas gift for me husband and wanted to place it on layaway. I had tabbed all the right buttoms on the page. Once I checked out they charged the total amount to my card. I called the customer service line as soon as I received my confirmation number. Which was only 5 seconds. I explained my situation to the gentleman on the customer service side and he told me there was nothing he could do to cancel my order and let me reorder on layaway. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me they would not help me and I would have to pay for the order in total. I did not raise my voice or be rude to them because I have worked in customer service. I gave them no reason not to help me. They told me there wasn't anyway they could cancel my order since it had been processed and shipped. Please keep in mind it had only been a total of a few seconds between placing the order and calling them. 

I would never recommend Sears.com to anybody. They are rude and unhelpful!... </description>

&lt;p&gt;- Electrolux Cooking Range for $3200&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They delivered me a product that was similar looking was a different model priced at $2400. I am still waiting to received my replacement. I am just hoping that they don't goof up again.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- This Electrolux Hood - 30&quot; stainless steel&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I got the product all right. When I opened the product, it was a used unit. I can charatcerstics dirt ariund the buttons from the use, paint peeling off, blemishes all over the uniit and looked rusted at point.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I immediately called customer support and they said I have to wait to 40 days for replacement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This whole experience really is telling &#160;whether to trust Sears as a brand or not. I am going through the Kitchen remodeling. I order two key kitchen appliances from Sears. They really hurt my remodeling project in addition having to waste significant time in precious time lost.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have been long time sears customer. I am not sure whether I should trust...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Sears.com cares about customers. You can tell that by their constant upgrades to the site, their attention to errors, and their social aspect, especially the communities! The employees are so very nice and helpful on the site chat, in the community, and in the customer service emails...not an easy task to pull off on or through a web site, but Sears.com does it excellently!! The navigation is great, and I couldn't live without my profile section with my lists and other details I rely on. Sears.com puts it all right there for you in an easy to manage section that other sites could learn from. And, then there are the products! They are quality products, which Sears ensure your satisfaction...I've never had a product that wasn't up to my standards, which are pretty high. Then we also have the SYWR and other perks....easy to cash in on whenever I order, no matter whether coupons, coupon codes or SYWR points! Other sites could also take lessons from Sears.com in coupon and rewards redemptions,...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

I Googled &quot;slow Sears.com,&#8221; because I noticed that Sears&#8217;s site was slow, and I found another comment on mysears.com saying the same things as I'm about to tell you. Each page at Sears.com takes at least 15 seconds to load (I&#8217;m not making this number up. I actually timed it, LOL!). I have a 10 meg down/ 1 meg up connection, and my internet connection works great at every site I go normally.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also,&#160;the Sears.com&#160;searches do NOT refine enough.&#160; I performed a search for &quot;open end wrench set craftsman,&#8221; a search that should only bring up a max of 20 items. The Sears.com site brought up 738 items!? On top of the horrible search results it took 20 seconds just to get the results in the first place! Sears, please take care of this!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The in-store pickup item that I ordered was confirmed as ready for pickup quickly, in less than an hour. Impressive!&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

Trying to cancel took a number of phone calls to a noisy call center. The first time it could not be done due to system maintenance, the second time I don't think the staff really knew what they were doing, the third time it finally seemed to work. I had to repeatedly request a confirmation email that I had cancelled the purchase. They should look at their competitors websites and really upgrade if they are serious about making online shopping an option for their customers, to not do this is at their peril!&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

But many times, I don't go with the best value, because I can't find out where I can purchase the product from(is it available in my local store).  I prefer to buy in-store rather than online.  Am I just missing this option on the website, or is it just not there?
  It might be something to consider.... </description>
